Are there any five star recruits that we have offered and have a shot at?

We're already off to such a great start that I wouldn't have believed possible in January, but I can only imagine the class we could pull together with the momentum generated by a few five star commits.  Damn you, Zeke Pike.

Now once Dunn drops off and falls to us we'll move on up to #1.    But really, let's just keep the commitments coming.  A top 10 class would be wonderful!

I was wondering about this guy because I haven't seen too much information about him on the board other than the post from TomVH. What has given you the impression that we might be in good position to land him? /genuine curiosity

It's possible (probable?) that Michigan already has a couple.  Scout hasn't given all of their 5 star ratings yet, and with the number 2 and 3 rated MLB in the fold, there's a decent chance that one of them, if not both, will receive a fifth star before signing day.

Michigan's average star ranking right now (3.57) would have been good enough for #8 on Rivals or #9 on Scout in the class of 2011.
