Meh, Insomnia cookies are overpriced for their size. If I want warm cookies at night, I'm throwing a plate full of chewy Chips'a'hoy cookies in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Sleep research at the University. Getting experience for grad school. Want to get my PhD in sports psychology
have you done any research on the effect surgery has on sleep? Since I had my neck surgery 5 weeks ago I dont sleep more than 3 or 4 hours a day,sometimes I dont even sleep for 2 days lol
Most of our research is on sleep and depression, but if you want I could try to find some studies that have been done on that topic. Is it pain that is impeding your sleep or something else?
To be honest I think its from were I have done manual labor for the last 14 years,and the last 5 weeks I havent been allowed to lift over 10 pounds. I think I'm just not wearing myself out like I'm use to. Thanks for the offer tho.
