Tailgate Space

Tailgater Concierge has been and will continue to be a proud sponsor of MGoBlog.  Our company provides tailgate set ups for fans that don't have their own equipment or that may be coming in from out of town.

We've grown out of our existing space on Stadium Way and are looking to expand.  If you or someone you know has a large front yard/back yard or empty lot that they'd like to rent please let me know.  I know many lots are used for parking which takes time and effort by the land owners.  We'd pay a premium and handle all the work.

Please reach out privately if you are interested.

Tailgater Concierge is a sponsor of MGoBlog and we plan to continue to support this awesome Blog in the future.

Our business provides tailgate set-ups (tents, tables, tailgate chairs, coolers, BBQs, satellite TVs) at Michigan home games.  We know the majority of Michigan fans do their own tailgates but we are available for folks coming in from out of town or those who may not have their own equipment.

Our business has been growing and we are looking to rent additional space near the stadium to provide our service.  If you have a space about 100'x100' that you would be interested in renting please PM me.

For more information about our service visit our website at www.tailgaterconcierge.com

Ann Arbor golf and outing are requiring game tickets from everyone in the vehicle to park. So if you plan on not going into the game but tailgate there I would suggest you find someone with a ticket and park and meet them in to get around that. Or park at the high school, UM course, or the various other locations.

OT: Heading to Oregon @ Stanford Game

OT: Heading to Oregon @ Stanford Game

Hi MGoFriends,

Some other M fans and I will be in San Francisco this weekend, and we're thinking about heading to the Oregon @ Stanford game. The game starts at 7:30 EST, so it shouldn't be a problem catching the UM game at a nearby bar/tailgate and then heading to the game. Anyone have advice on acquiring tickets (scalp vs buy online before), tailgating, bars, places to see on campus, or anything out there?

We'll be out there for a week so we'll have plenty of time to explore SF itself. I've heard that Palo Alto isn't the most happenin of places, but heading to a game seems like a good time nonetheless. Much appreciated in advance.

For anyone who will be heading to State College this weekend (or has traveled there in the past), where are the best places for the general public to park and tailgate?

I just saw that you can purchase a parking pass for the game ahead of time, but that deadline has already passed. Are there lots that anyone can park in where people can grill, toss around the football and enjoy themselves? Also, what time do lots usually open?

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Several of us are meeting up at Fricker's bar (APPARENTLY NOT) in Fort Wayne for some "liquid preparation" before the game, which, of course, will be a dry NCAA event. Fricker's is about 3 miles from the arena (AND CLOSED).

UPDATE: Thanks for the tips about the pep rally, and the fact that the bar I was told to meet up at by my buddy who lives in Fort Wayne has been closed. Guess we'll see you at the pep rally.

Move along, nothing to see here....
