OT: Help Cancelling BTN Subscription

OT: Help Cancelling BTN Subscription

Need a little help- I'm trying to cancel my BTN streaming video subscription ($7.95/mo.)

They have an email address you can send a cancellation request to, but I've not heard back from anyone.

I even tried going to the NeuLion website (the BTN online host) but I didn't hear back from them either.

In my experience with any subscriptions, there's always a link or an 800 number set up so you can choose to stop your service.  These links/#'s are usually easy to find as well...

Has anyone else had trouble getting their BTN subscription cancelled?

hey guys, I've been working on my streaming video project quite a bit lately; I've got it to the point where I feel comfortable having a public beta of it.

If you could, try out the following link and seek to a random position in the video - http://mgovideo.com/2009_WMU.php

From the few people that have tried it out so far, they've said it works well.

If you're having some trouble with it, please let me know the following information so that I can troubleshoot the issue

1) Speed of computer; processor speed/RAM

2) Browser version - Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc.

3) At what point of the stream you encountered an issue - when it started, when you seeked to a random position on the timeline, etc.

Thanks! This should be rather popular in the Fall :)

I figured enough of us had these that this post wouldn't be offensive.  Obviously Droid already had apps for ustream, youtube, vimeo, and vuivision.  Now they've introduced Skyfire, a browser that converts flash content(streaming video) into a watchable form.  Unfortunately favorites like Justin.TV, Hulu, the network sites(NBC, CBS, ABC), and Netflix are not working.  I was hoping the mgocommunity could build a list of websites that DO work with the new browser.  Here is what I have found:

Casttv.com

Break.com

CollegeHumor.com

Wimp.com

TheDailyShow.com

MegaVideo.com

SouthParkStudios.com

IGN.com

It's rumored that may adult sites work as well--which should probably remain outside the scope of this discussion.
