Yeah, both trilogies are…

Yeah, both trilogies are really flawed basically for the reasons you mentioned. Lucas needed a JJ Abrams type director (or really anyone other than Lucas) for the prequel trilogy and the sequel trilogy needed Filoni (or Lucas) to provide a coherent story that fit in with the rest of the mythology.

I think episode 8 would be my favorite of the sequels too despite it not making much sense in the context of the trilogy.

100% agree. He needs to be…

100% agree. He needs to be involved in any new movie going forward and not just the shows. The difference in quality of what he has done to everything else after the original trilogy is stark.

No. Not according to Sam…

No. Not according to Sam Webb. Didn't provide anymore details than that when asked if coaching staff was done.

You have that backwards. If…

You have that backwards. If he is hired as an on field coach then Michigan can still recruit WB. If they hire him as an analyst they couldn't recruit WB for 2 years

I doubt Marcus Freeman would…

I doubt Marcus Freeman would immediately leave Notre Dame for OSU no matter his desire to be there.

Because he only coached the…

Because he only coached the viper and Sam. Brown coached the Mike and Will.

He's also a really good recruiter with connections in Florida and Texas. He was also a dc under Strong and that could be helpful if MacDonald is the hire without any coordinating experience.

If he is sole DC I agree 100…

If he is sole DC I agree 100%. You would hope that it will be similar to Hafley for OSU where he is paired with a veteran DC as the Co-DC. I don't think Hafley ever called plays before going to OSU.

I'm not sure. I think…

I'm not sure. I think Michigan can do better. Belichick is only an average coach without Brady. The move is to give Brady as much money as he wants to retire immediately and join the staff as QB Coach and OC.

Yes

Yes

I'm trying to be optimistic…

I'm trying to be optimistic that they wouldn't  be that dumb, but it is probably what will happen

I thinking the field at this…

I thinking the field at this point. There is no reason to keep delaying is there is an extension happening. It's a very bad decision if Harbaugh gets extended after the 19th because it will have a very serious impact on the recruiting class at this point.

It's not true

It's not true

I will be eagerly awaiting…

I will be eagerly awaiting the next installment. It can't go any worse than this season.

Why do you say that? He…

Why do you say that? He seemed to do a good job on the recruiting trail and is only coaching Viper/SAM. I don't think those positions have really been a big part of the defensive issues this year,

He came in for the MSU game…

He came in for the MSU game. Was supposed to make the big visit weekend against Wisconsin and couldn't get back for the second time in 2 weeks

Also, Sam said this is legit…

Also, Sam said this is legit. Not a guarantee, but this is really being talked about and isn't the same as the Ohio State stuff from a few weeks ago

He did say that he thought…

He did say that he thought he could play early.

Also, Domani Jackson loved…

Also, Domani Jackson loved his visit despite the loss. Wiltfong and Greg Biggins 247's lead West expert are talking crystal balls for Michigan. Recruiting going really well despite the season is huge. Not sure if it will keep up, but if recruits aren't scared off especially a CB that is a top 5 player in the country that is encouraging.

Edit. Wiltfong uses his for the current leader and has it on Ohio State at the moment. So no commitment is imminent, but still interesting if they pulled ahead of Ohio State considering what's going on

Yes. Regardless of what's…

Yes. Regardless of what's happened so far and what you think of Harbaugh the team isn't that bad. The only way to get over 4 wins though will require some major improvement or changes that are unlikely unfortunately. Really disappointing in year 6

I expected worse(Deace or…

I expected worse(Deace or Spath) when I saw SI, but did the same thing when I saw Brandon Brown.

Don't really know why I expected different when I clicked

It's not the last year of…

It's not the last year of his contract. He is signed through next year

Stanford was worse before…

Stanford was worse before Harbaugh in my opinion. Bad roster, losing culture for a long time, and legit difficulties in recruiting that no other power 5 school has.

I went to high school with Matt Campbell and root for him to have success wherever he is, but I'm not 100% sold he would be right for Michigan. He has done well at iowa State, but hasn't quite gotten them really going yet. Maybe I'm underestimating how difficult it is to win there though. Of course the only difference could be Harbaugh got the program changing quarterback and Campbell hasn't yet

I agree. He also seemed be…

I agree. He also seemed be injured and miss at least a decent number of games each. He only played 70+ games 6 times in his career. I really would've liked to see him and Shaq together too. They both were plus passers and I think could've dominated in 90's style basketball.

Penny Hardaway would be another NBA player from that era I always wonder what he could've been without getting inured.

I agree with everything, but…

I agree with everything, but my experience was different since the the entire degree program and specialties in it could be completed entirely online. Not every class was offered online, but the large majority. Since the university embraced it so strongly I didn't have the experience where the best professors and students weren't involved heavily in them.

I was reluctant to do a completely online program, but working full-time prevented me from going to any nearby schools. I had a good experience with it though and never felt like I was missing anything except for a couple classes. I had completed an associate degree before going the online route and think I had better professors/classmates online. Could've been the increase in the quality of the university though, lol

Do you have any experience…

Do you have any experience with online classes? I had more engagement with my classmates and teachers when I did online than I ever had in person. There easy A classes online and there are classes that are much harder like in person. The idea that online classes are always easier than in person isn't true. Most of my classes were offered online and in person and were essentially the same. The only difference being the required postings on the class message board which replaced the in class discussion.

Same thing for me. I had…

Same thing for me. I had issues a few times yesterday too

So your example is a guy who…

So your example is a guy who couldn't create his own shots in the NBA. Even if Livers gets to Stauskas level next year in college it won't mean anything for his draft prospects. That will never be why he gets drafted. It will be for shooting and defense.

The scene in the parking…

The scene in the parking garage was fantastic. They built to that moment through the whole show and I still had no idea what was going to happen.

The Shield or the Americans…

The Shield or the Americans would be my 2 favorite.

I just finished rewatching…

I just finished rewatching Fringe and I agree it was really good.

I feel like I heard this…

I feel like I heard this before. Not sure where though.

Should there be a Fire…

Should there be a Fire Harbaugh post? It clearly worked for baseball.

She isn't the only assistant…

She isn't the only assistant coach. I'm sure some of them will NBA coaches once the staff is finalized.I think he can have a mix of NBA coaches with anyone else that is qualified.

Agreed

Agreed

It's easy to do. They all are a little different It's easy to do. They all are a little different with channel lineups, DVR service, etc..
PS Vue has had DVR for a long time now. The only PS Vue has had DVR for a long time now. The only issue I have with it is that when you can't record a single football or basketball game. If you want to DVR a Michigan football game it records every college football game on every channel, too.
Nevermind This was in response to someone on the app that is banned
Go Blue! Beat Penn Go Blue! Beat Penn State!!
How many of those older

How many of those older players had significant experience or where expected to be lead players? I would only count Hill, Poggi, Perry amd Cole. The rest are either playing siginifcant minutes for the first time, were expected rotational players or struggled previously when playing. The problem is much of the top talent on the team is 1st or 2nd year players getting their first extended playing time.

He also won that championship

He also won that championship after losing 49-10 to Michigan on the road and people thinking he was going to be fired. How many games have they lost since losing to Michigan? 1. Penn State is probaly quite a bit better than people are giving them credit for and Michigan isn't on that level right now which isn't surprising in a rebuilding year. They could be next year returning most of the starters and depth.

That seems familiar for some reason. That seems familiar for some reason.
Dakich as genius!! Dakich is a genius!!
It was two different injuries and I'm pretty sure It was two different injuries and I'm pretty sure he could've played the first game and today if Harbaugh thought they needed him
I think you are right saying we can't declare they I think you are right saying we can't declare they suck yet, but they have gone 6-7 and 7-6 in the last 7 years. I get they have won 11+ 5 of the last 6, but they could easily have an off year and only win 7-9 games with how much they lost

I agree that would be the

I agree that would be the ideal method and would work the best if everyone understood and followed it which isn't close to happening in many states and the article mentions it as an issue at the end. Until that gets a wider push and people start to follow it I would think getting over sooner would be preferrable for traffic flow over a handful of people continuing in the lane and merging late. The problem I have observed with it is often the person not merging runs into a person that won't let them in(which in my experience is how many people act in that situation) and they eventually are forced to cut in where the person has to slow down to let them in slowing the other lane down more or the person passing everyone almost causes an accident because they decide whenever they want to come over people need to get out of their way. To be clear I don't have a problem with some merging late it is the problems it is caused because of bad drivers in the situation.

Ideally everyone would leave space for the lane that needs to merge and it would flow smoothly like the the article suggests. Living in Ohio where far too many think the left lane is for driving 5 mph under the speed limit while talking on their phone and not paying attention I don't have much hope for it here.

There is a good reason for them doing that. if you There is a good reason for them doing that. if you don't understand why it makes sense to get in line the rest of traffic then you are the one with the problem
There is 2 of them. The one you replied to is There is 2 of them. The one you replied to is still on the app
I agree. The Americans is up

I agree. The Americans is up there for me too.

I hate I hate you. Considering the depth on the dline already that would be ridiculous
