just what the Pistons need: a third string center. Joe Dumars was replaced by a mean ol' alien a few years back you guys.

Even if you can't win the top class ranking it's still nice to be in the lead for awhile and get the national attention. |

This is what we wanted. We want the best for our guy and this would be the best decision. Hearing all these names of lesser players opting out early it would be a travesty for him to not go to the next level where we all know he is going to succeed and represent our university well. |
| 13 weeks 4 hours ago | The good news... |
I think the good news is that we've had more unlucky breaks than lucky breaks this year. A free throw or 1 inch swing on the last shot against Indiana and no half court bomb against Wisconsin and we are a 2 seed. I know being young hurts, but young players are also streaky. Maybe Nik and GR3 and Mitch will get that confidence that you only get when you're too naive to know better. |

ACLs and MCLs are pretty easy to fix. The lateral tibial plateau fracture is the real bugger. Inevitably, the cartilage surface is jacked up and these things take anywhere from a long time to never to heal. Unless it's a minimal microtrabecular fracture it's pretty safe to assume that she's out for the Olympics. |

I got Michigan at +5.5 on sportsbetting.com and took them. I usually prefer to bet against Michigan that way when we lose I don't feel quite as suicidal, but I couldn't refuse 5.5. |

I friggin love coach Hoke, but he's not very forthcoming with juicy tidbits of information. |

I can't help but mention that the coverage on the go ahead touchdown was Demens. He made up for it nonetheless. |

RR's Arizona Wildcats (5-3) ranked #24. They lost 49-0 to Oregon. |

We'll be back. We're going to have no trouble with Illinois and then it's time for Little Brother to be put back in the corner once and for all. |

I went to Florida for grad school after finishing my undergrad at UofM in 1997. I was there for some fun years under the ol Ball Coach. It's a fun place on Saturday with a very loud stadium and extremely rabid fans, but there's a level of intelligence, sophistication, history and understated badassery about the University of Michigan and it's football program that puts it on another level than any other program in the country. |

I tell my wife that it was the best night of my life, she gets upset and then we fight. I don't care. Here's the view from my front row corner seat. |

It would be so excellent if we could turn Armwood High into Pahokee v2.0. |

“It was actually with the whole staff,” Booker said. “Coach Beilein, Bacari, LaVall, all of them. We went out to eat at Noodles and Company.” Well isn't that nice... |
| 1 year 4 weeks ago | They never care.. |
Players never seem to care about depth charts. Every year I notice that kids would rather go to the "it" school with a bunch of other 5 star recruits then go to some other school where their skills are needed. See our OL last year and this year. |

I'm the on call doc in the ER. Funny how no one gets sick when there's good sh*t to watch on TV. I worked the Super Bowl too and spent my time reading posts about TV shows on mgoblog.com. Deja vous. |
| 1 year 22 weeks ago | Dear God, |
Please Dear Lord, make it stop. It was great during the UTL game, but every time we play it Michigan football becomes more generic and mainstream lame. Is it too much to ask for the slightest bit of originality in our stadium experience? |
| 1 year 25 weeks ago | 3:02 left in the fourth |
3:02 left in the fourth quarter against ND. 3rd and 1 ND ball and Jake Ryan comes around the end for the TFL. My favorite play of the year. The loudest Ive ever heard Big House. |
| 1 year 26 weeks ago | Because I was curious... |
I looked up how a few of the sites rank Payton and Chesson amongst the WRs. Jordan Payton #14 (Scout), #20 (Rivals), #25 (ESPN) Jehu Chesson #77 (Scout), #90 (Rivals), #51 (ESPN)
So, we'll take Chesson and be done and miss out on Payton, the "better" prospect of the two? |

"I'd like to think in four or five years we'll have this (Arizona) program where we want it to be and we'll be in the same conversations as the top football programs in the country."
You WOULD like to think that. Saying stupid sh*t like this just because you think you're supposed to vexes me. We should have known better when he agreed to screw his alma mater over or better yet when his undefeated team lost at home to Pittsburgh in the last game of the season.
Ready to move on. |
| 1 year 32 weeks ago | How come no one is mentioning... |
Why has no one mentioned that blown timeout? It was blown for NO. APPARENT. REASON. whatsoever. That timeout would have given us the option of running at the end. It was a giant mistake imho. |
| 1 year 33 weeks ago | Passing numbers... |
If I was a WR recruit the fact that Michigan is 99th in the country in passing yards and our leading receiver has only 397 yards (tied for 114th) would scare me a little bit. |
| 2 years 36 weeks ago | Pressure |
I feel like we're playing with "the house's money" at this point. The pressure was definitely on last weekend against Indiana, but I don't think a loss this weekend would be the end of the world as a loss at Indiana or against UMass would have been. |
| 3 years 38 weeks ago | You just hate good teams? |
You can't just hate people cause they're good. Sure, I wish USC would stop getting all the 5 star recruits and waxing the Big10 in the Rose Bowl every year, but if they sucked would I still hate them? I didn't hate them when I was in college in the 90s. My Least Favs: |
| 3 years 38 weeks ago | Not that sweet anyways... |
1. I did my undergrad at Michigan from 93-97 and never heard this cheer. Conclusion: I don't think we invented it. I don't think it's original and I don't think it's all that sweet. |
