If these issues you raise ever do become relevant, and there seems to be only a very small chance of that, there certainly is never going to be what amounts to a quick dismissal. The Complaint is solid, and IMO you're looking so closely at what you feel are the pretty trees that you're not clearly seeing the forest.
If there was a denial, there would be an order issued that said somewhere in it, "the application for a TRO is hereby denied".
And I have not read the application, but I would think the relief requested was to stay the entirety of the Big Ten's action, not "to allow JH to coach on Saturday"

We would have lost this game decidedly without Patterson's performance. We are very good, but cannot seem to climb the final level. Defense is there. Offense is not, and with the type of approach on display in this game, won't ever be against a team we cannot physically manhandle---WI, MSU, PSU, OSU.
We may manage to get by WI at home, but MSU and OSU on road look rocky to say the least. PSU is going to score in the 20's at least. We are going to have to improve on offense to do the same.
We cannot lose another game. That simple. It does not look promising at the moment.
If we lose this game, those two stalled drives at the 5 will be the reason. Whoever was calling those plays at the 10 on in needs to go, Harbaugh included.
They need to get Mayfield and Hudson in t here NOW. Let them get game experience before we play the good teams. Runyan and JBB will NEVER be able to block a good player. Mayfield and Hudson have much higher ceilings.
