If we are 20x more populated than the Nerthlands as you say...I can think of at least 30 sports that pull athletes in this country before speed skating. Now lets say speed skating if 5th in the Netherlands.
When you take out our top 20, then were apples to apples. Thus it would then be equivalent to the 10th place US athlete going against the 5th place Dutch athlete. Or the 10th place B1G team versus the 5th place PAC12 team. Sure we'll win a few, but theyll be favored nearly 2 to 1.

The video was showing part of Ohio Bobcats upsetting Michigan...which I took as a jab at the whole OSU being called Ohio thing. It did show Webber and also some schlub type folks with the Pure Michigan logo.
For me it was all in good fun. Similiar to an AD paying for skywriting or chicken dance videos.
They have JT Barrett who is supposed to be pretty good. However, I think Braxton coming back will cover up for a young inexperienced line. Elliot, who is replacing Hyde, is highly touted but running behind a new line. I think all the new WRs that Urban has brought in will be better than what theyve had. Again, I think the biggest benefit for OSU is that Braxton will hide an inexperienced line. Braxton is OSUs Denard.
Sparty LOST to ND. The also only beat Purdue 14-0...behind only 1 offensive TD. OSU beat Purdue 56-0 and quit after 3 quaryers.
Opposite of your thought, I think Ohio exposes Sparty.
