Sounds to me like he would come in if he was the starter....not the backup. I mean, he's only got 1 year so I'm sure his intent is to impress an NFL team and hope to make it as a pro since there's no way the NBA is going to come calling! Why would he agree to sign with UM for 1 year as a backup? He's not going to make it to the NFL doing that.... If he comes there, it will be to start in 2009, not to stand there with a clipboard and headset! |

Seriously? ESPN is reporting Paulus met with D-Rod about joining your team.... I know he played football and was the top QB back in 2004 or 2005 but how would he fit in to the scheme especially with your Messiah Tate Forcier now on campus? |

Those have to be the BEST H.S. Uniforms EVER! Too bad he chose to go from the best looking uni's in H.S. to the worst one in college, LOL! As far as the kid goes, he looks like he's a decent runner, at least in H.S. ------------------------------------------------- BlockO-CEO |

I think UM wins 6, maybe 7 games in 2009. Forcier ISN'T a God and even if he starts, your expectations of him as a true freshman are ridiculously out of touch. OSU fans did the same with Pryor and he was good, but not good enough, to hear some of them tell it. And as far as him having no arm or the ability to pass, he's certainly going to run, but Tressel isn't sticking to a pro-style set, but rather intends to use much more of the Pistol and Single-Wing/Wildcat formations this year. I think you will all be shocked when you see how much he improves as a passer as well this year. Just my 2 cents.... BlockO-CEO |
