27 weeks 16 hours ago	I was in	weapons company 1/7.  My platoon corpsman was hard corps.  He went to BUDS before I got out in 97.  Put an IV in a severely dehydrated marine in the dark during a CAX.  Corpsman that serve in line units get my respect.

My daughter was born that day @ 12:38 am Saturday morn.  She cried all day and we were a wreck because of no sleep for the last couple of days.  The nurses finally had to take her out of the room so my wife could sleep.  Me watching the football game and yelling at the tv didnt help for my wife's sleep either.

40 weeks 18 hours ago	It would more likely be the	It would more likely be the OIG (Office of Inspector General) that is actually doing the investigation with the assistance of the postal inspectors.  Postal inspectors fall under the OIG authority.  Also, it wasn't a loan that the USPS defaulted on, it would have been a payment for retire health benefits and pension.  In laymans terms,  the post office has to PREFUND retire pensions for future workers that even arn't born yet. They are the only employer in the US that is required to do so and it is a law.  If the USPS didn't have to PREFUND the pension pool, it would be inte black and opperate at profit.  Another thing is contrary to popular belief, the USPS isn't funded by taxpayer money.  They survive from the revenue it generates from selling stamps and other services with no federal funding assistance.  The reason I know this is because I worked for the PO for 13 years and recently took a buyout a couple of years ago.
