Agreed. I think the stat in the article said $1.2 bil of that is ticket sales, so yea even if stadiums are allowed to be half full, there will still be huge impacts. That being said, the impact of no season at all, would be much more drastic.
What about starting Dylan instead? I’m sick of hearing excuses for poor play from Shea. If he’s hurt so bad that he can’t make any throws, he shouldn’t be playing in the first place
Disagree. We got The ball all the way to where we wanted it and the drive ended on 4th down with 3 seconds left. I think that’s near perfect clock management. Obviously would’ve been better if we got a TD out of it, but the amount of time left was perfect. The only big mistake was the spike.
Wow, he’s an embarrassment to the program. The only mistake Williams made the whole game was a few times where he should’ve thrown three ball away earlier. Other than that, he just started his first game against a top ten team and had no turnovers. I chalk that up to poor play calling and horrible offensive line play as well as a lack of discipline all around (240 yards of penalties). Really bad way to build up a new QB who played pretty well given the circumstances.
Also, I’m a U Miami student and the negative chatter after that game was like 99.5% on the o-line, not Williams. Oh well, Sparties gonna Sparty.
Move Wagner to a PF position with Teske at center. You'd have a lineup with two very tough big men with the ability to shoot long range. Incredible handling and shooting from Burke with the driving abilities and shooting of Matthews and Harris. That's a tough lineup to defend.
If you order it with another letter at the beginning and end of Harbaugh (iHarbaughi), you could probably peel those letter off and have the name still centered. It would be a bit of a pain, but might work. If it doesn't work, you're out a good amount of cash though.
First off, I agree we you we played terribly tonight. No enthusiasm or energy, mental errors, lack of execution. But to completely throw in the towel already. Come on, you sound like someone from the MSU fanbase. I'm 23 and have lived through all the same crap you have and I'll never stop cheering for and supporting the greatest program in the country. Thanks for the post, this is great content! Love the F7 the Khaleke wears! I don't love the light blue padding they use inside of the Schutt helmets, though. It looks really tacky on the field. Love all the Riddel helmets, but think the Xenith looks pretty bad.
Anyways, love seeing the different helmet styles and looking forward to seeing them all with maize and blue wings next weekend!
So what I'm hearing is Nike wanted to do a color rush game, so they found an ok excuse to convince us to wear all Maize... We're not wearing these as a throwback to 1928, we're wearing them for the money

Looks like we've got a pretty good size advantage bewteen Wagner and Wilson. I think we pound it inside like we did against Louisville and then when they adjust to that, we push it outside and rain threes on them. The way we're playing right now, I think we can beat anyone. Go Blue!
