Harrison is a good team but they are definitely beatable. For all intensive purposes they were beaten in the first round this year if it weren't for a few very shaky calls.
Even though he is going to make mistakes and learning on the job, i think there were some moments in this game where Denard showed some development in the passing game. On the second touchdown to Roundtree (2:21 in the video) it is great to see how Denard looks off Roundtree twice and pulls the safety down on Stonum before making the pass. Hope to see this happening more and more in the future.
A 30 on the ACT is right around average for students accepted, maybe a little higher, but a 3.5 GPA is a little on the low end. However, extra-curriculars always help and the high school you attend can play a big factor. Regardless, I would tell your son to do everything he can to get straight A's his senior year, especially first semester, just in case he gets waitlisted and they want the first semester grades.
Its actually done by a guy who is an electronic musician, Dan Deacon. Apparently he was bored late at night and took a tape recorder, flipped through channels, and said random stuff in a Long Island accent. Doesn't at all take away from how awesome this is, as i can vouch for it being one of the most quoted pieces comedy in markley last year.

A good friend of mine was waitlisted and then rejected with a 3.75 GPA and a 31 on the ACT
