That's what I used to call my ex-girlfriend.

So do you think A&M feels like the new kid in high school who just broke the star quarterback's leg in practice right before the start of the playoffs trying to make a "hustle play"?
JV player makes a great play.... has to appologize to the rest of the team.

I don't understand why they don't start selling beer in the stadium or at least loosen the rules on bringing alcohol in. If you've been drinking before the game, you're due for one hell of a hangover starting about 3 hours after you stop drinking... so to avoid that a lot of people just continue drinking into the first quarter. I usually bring a flask, but with the searches for "weapons", it can get tricky at times and the other times I usually forget to prepare one before I leave. If you want to more people to show up, don't sell tickets to 19 year old sorority girls who have never attended a game before and spend 1/2 the time bitching because they can't get a signal to their phone and socializing with everyone around them. "Hun, I'll talk to you after the game is over, I don't have time to explain how many 'chances' each team gets."

Coming down from being cross-faded trying to recover from that epic game. Holy crap, what a set of afternoon games though. Woke up just in time to see A&M clinch it and the blown call in the Penn State game, which occurred almost simultaneously on the dual-TV screen I was watching, what a mix of excitement, sadness, and inebriation.

Why? Because you subscribe to the hivemind mentality that anything you hear online that fits your interests must be true? What have we heard about Oregon that is SOOOOOO BAD? They overpaid for some recruiting stuff, big F-ing deal. Michigan "abused" their players by "overworking" them for "many hours extra" every week, a "massive abuse" of student-athletes which even brought out "whistle-blowers" and disillusioned players. At least, that is what you could believe if you believed everything the media told you.

Who said they are terrible? They are obviously helping recruiting and making a name for the school. Oregon has been one of the top 5 programs over the past few years, so yes, I think they would be a good model for a program to follow, it isn't like Michigan has been the pinnacle of success for the past half decade. The SEC has TWO top teams, and a bunch of has-beens. Florida is ranked number 5 in the country and they had to block a punt to be UL-Lafayette today, so obviously the SEC is just oh-so dominant. Likewise, who has Georgia beaten? Same to Alabama, they beat... us and LSU? I'm confident with the direction Michigan is heading, but remember we lost to Nebraska and had to squeek out a win against a good NW team today... not exactly like we're in the running for the NCG like Oregon.

That's what they said about Auburn too with the whole Cam Newton witch hunt. Where did that ever go? Unless there is solid proof or a Yahoo! News story, I'm not believing it. Coach Kelly does have a great strategy and knows how to win. The program is exciting, they are highly sponsored by Nike, they continue to win, and the play exciting football... why wouldn't a recruit want to go there? Plus, their cheerleaders are so bangable.

Scary to think that Georgia and Florida are the next closest SEC teams to the undefeateds... and we can be sure that ESPN and the national media will try to plug them and push them into the NCG. The SEC is not-that-good, ESPN just continues to push them down our throat and insist that one SEC team beating another is justification of how talented the teams are.

Oh no! There may not be an all-SEC "championship game" now? Now I'm just going to have to pull hard for BC tonight. I'm pulling for Oregon the rest of this season, they and Chip Kelly are showing where college football is going to be heading in the next few years and I hope Michigan takes note. Speedy, exciting play with innovative marketing strategies, and national recruiting for an exciting program, all while dominating their conference.

Wow. What a game for A&M! I wish we had played Alabama later in the year, it seems like they've slowed down throughout the year. Hopefully someone will make a compilation of all these sad Alabama fans, love seeing those overrated tears flow.
