5 weeks 2 days ago	he was recruiting a kid in a	he was recruiting a kid in a school that i teach at the week after the '09 'The Game'...i good naturedly said 'go blue' and he talked to me for a second, then another teacher showed up with a pad of sticky notes and he asked if i wanted an autograph. i said 'nah....wait. well i do if you'll write 'go blue' on it'.  it says, wiper, go bucks go blue jim tressel obviously i promptly took it down to the lamenating machine, folded over the 'go bucks' part, and it is now still lamenated (good enough that you honestly can't tell it's folded over' with a string around it for a necklace hanging off one of my book shelves... wiper,  go blue jim tressel /coolstorybro

6 weeks 5 days ago	i remember bitching about jim	i remember bitching about jim thome going to the white sox a little, and my dad put it to me like this: "if _________ (rival school) offered you $xx,xxx to coach/teach there, would you?" when he put it like that, i understood.  just saying, 'dude already has a couple million in the bank why would he leave?' doesn't mean as much when you're talking about someone else's money.

TONS of issues regarding payouts. not that anyone should use sbr as the end all in sportsbook ratings, but they have them rated as a D-.  http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbooks/ like i said, take everything regarding sbr with a grain of salt (essentially you can buy ratings, also the whole betislands fiasco) but for the most part, their ratings are the best around. stick to A books...bookmaker, dsi, 5d, bovada etc.

18 weeks 3 days ago	deveon is criminally	deveon is criminally underrated on this board. everyone falls in love with the new recruit, but he's been sitting there as a top 10 rb nationally forever now, and everyone is overlooking him. obviously, his biggest issue is competition, as he played a lot of lower division schools, but in the games i saw he does not go down. his cuts aren't jaw-dropping but he seems to always cut at the right moment and then drag tacklers another 3 yards. i'm curious if he has enough speed for the b1g, but if he pans out he'll remind people of mike hart: no breakaway speed but always gets 7 yards when he was only supposed to get 4.
