the just released schedules were a flat-out statement that the B10 doesn't believe SOS will matter in playoff selection

| 18 hours 56 min ago | Can you elaborate.., |
"that head coaching positions for African American coaches are few and far between" |
| 5 days 7 hours ago | I dunno... |
...I think the Henne one looks better. In my humble and correct opinion. |
| 6 days 13 hours ago | Yes! |
But I will assume that he thinks Detroit is an awesome city which would put things in perspective. |
| 6 days 22 hours ago | Whoa! |
It's one thing to hate the teams, but something entirely different to hate the whole damn city. |
| 1 week 4 days ago | Ohio cities are not too bad |
And they are certainly better than Detroit. But none are better than Ann Arbor. |
| 1 week 4 days ago | Oops. |
My bad. And good catch! |

MBB = Men's Basketball MMB = Men's Marching Band |
| 1 week 4 days ago | Not exactly |
When you think your race is superior to others (I.w. more culturally proud) = racism. |
| 1 week 4 days ago | I'd like to know... |
...how you measure "culturally proud". You kinda come off as a racist asshat thinking your culture is superior to others. |
| 1 week 4 days ago | I can see your point with regards to undergrad... |
...but if you take in account all programs, undergrad and graduate (you know all the programs that make the "school"), Michigan is a better school school. |
| 1 week 5 days ago | Wow. |
Throwing Detroit area white people AND Kentuckians under the bus. Accusing both of being racists. |

"Having said that, you are absolutely right that there are just as many in-state students who aren't diehard fans as out-of-state students." |
| 3 weeks 3 days ago | Oh. Steve Bench is his real name |
I thought it was a nickname. Like Johnny Football was good at football. And Steve Bench rode the...oh nevermind. |
| 3 weeks 4 days ago | I'm glad you could care less... |
...which means you actually do have some amount of care for Chicago area high schools. If not, then wouldn't have any care that you could lessen if you wanted to. |

And David Hasselhoff. |

And just no. |

First off, this is bad list in so many ways. But to me it seems about right for Hoke AS OF NOW. The future looks bright, but if we set aside our biases, he still has some unimpressive stats and has A LOT still to prove on the field before we can call him elite. |
| 3 weeks 6 days ago | I know he is only a freshman... |
...but this "mixtape" reminds a lot of Brett Petway's junior/senior high school highlights. And Brett turned out to be an average at best college athlete. Granted, it didn't help that he was coached by Amaker. He's got a lot of potential and a long way to go. I'll be curious to see what happens to him in the coming years. |
| 4 weeks 12 hours ago | This thread should get locked stat |
Gonna turn political very fast |
| 4 weeks 1 day ago | Agreed |
In spite of his condition, he is a racist fuck. His family should be ashamed for not controlling that. |
| 4 weeks 1 day ago | Was just thinking the same thing |
I'm currently in Hiroshima. Combine this with the fact that one of the worlds biggest terrorists has heighten the entire country. I have a much different perspective on terrorist and bombs right now. Don't get me wrong, what happened in Boston was tragic, but when you strip away the media frenzy and politico bs, Boston is still a fun safe place to live. In spite of the events the past week, Boston should be so lucky. |
| 4 weeks 2 days ago | We have been through this... |
....about 12 years ago. Right after 911, all eyes were on Michigan Stadium since it would be housing the largest event since the 911 attacks. IIRC, we didn't even postpone the game. We walked on the field 5 days after 911, played Western, beat them like we would have done any other Saturday, and life goes on.
Us 1 Terrorists 0 |
| 4 weeks 2 days ago | Ahhh... |
...one of American's finest Libertarians! Always did love that quote. |
| 4 weeks 2 days ago | I always thought... |
...when I die, I would want my ashes spread across the Michigan Stadium field. If some terrorist or lone wolf wack job wants start some shit, so be it. They will likely help accomplish my one dying wish. That way, the terrorist definitely do NOT win. |
| 4 weeks 4 days ago | Because being an alum... |
...gets you 20 points. Being a non-alum and donating just $500 (which as you mentioned gets you 5 points) is not going to cut it. I know lots of alum who have donated more than $500 and have not gotten tickets. You can certainly overcome not being an alum by...donating more. Just trying to level set the poster. |
| 4 weeks 4 days ago | If you are not an alum... |
...no shot (likely) |
| 4 weeks 4 days ago | This year... |
...no chance. The deadline for donations to be considered for this years tickets was a few weeks ago. Now, next year MAY be a different story. Even if you are an alum, $500 alone is not going to cut it. I would call and nicely ask what the point cut off was this year. It doesn't mean it will be the same next year, but will provide some insight. Also, if your employer matches charitable donations (like mine does), do not hesitate to use this method. It worked for me! |
