Now that the season is over, can we have this shirt?
Or do we need to wait until he graduates?

Additionally, the MGoBlog Android app allows me to lurk while on the toilet, in a car, etc.
Unfortunately using the app on a Samsung leaves you with no viable solution to have a post that does not appear as a single paragraph, so I rarely comment. On the rare occaision when I believe a comment might be warranted, I usually am downvoted for lack of punctutation or sentence structure.

Till the next game. If you are still down about the playoff, forget about if for the next 12 hours. you have 8 months to get over the playoff.

Merry Christmas, Charlie Brown.
The movie has resonated with me since childhood. Even when the holidays weren't the happiest moments of my life - this always restored a little bit of perspective.

In a past life I blacked out 3 nights a week. We would sit around over breakfast to try and pice together how we all made it home safe.
Then I went and got a job, a wife, and 3 kids in 2 years. This is probably my first amonday drinking thread in years.
Please let the kids sleep through the night tonight... please?!?!?!

What does wd do when drunk? (Are you even 21?)
1. Research Dave Brandon in attempt to ruin his life?
3. Create accounts to question if wd has multiple accounts?
|15 weeks 2 days ago||you realize||
that is exactly what osu fans are hoping for by treating visiting fans so poorly right? They are dedicated, and defend home field advantage.

Ask your daughter how many tickets she can go and go with a group. Many student sections are GA seating.. safety in numbers..
I may go if I can find a cheap student ticket... which I don't think exists this year. ONLY hope was a osu loss, and tonight was the best shot at that.

I've been numerous years dressed in our colors. Worst that's ever happened was half full beer cans thrown at me when I was 7.. Few years ago Seth and I went.. no violence, just threats and vulgarity and we were in the student section.

Has anyone gone to the effort of creating a rooting guide for the remainder of the season?
In the best case scenario, we win out and everyone else has a loss, we get the #1 seed and avoid a playoff game in Atlanta (a home game for Alabama/Clemson).
Win out, and we are obviously in the playoff. Unfortunately there is a non-zero change we may not win the next 5 games. Below is my impression of what we should be cheering for in the event we should drop a game, in the hopes we still receive a playoff invitation:
An OSU loss before The Game results in our going ot the Big Ten championship regardless of the outcome of The Game, so pessimists guide is to cheer for an OSU loss in the next 3 weeks (good to know for those debating OSU/MSU in their minds)
Clemson seems highly unlikely to lose any remaining scheduled game , and will face VT in the ACC championship game. Obviously we cheer for VT in such a game, though we are likely disappointed.
I'd think we cheer against Washington from here on out? An apple bowl loss to WSU would put a 2 loss team as the PAC12 champion, and best case scenario Colorado beats a Washington/State team in the championship game. A 1 loss Michigan may still receive that invite having the Colorado head to head in our pocket? Go Buffalo!
The above seems common sense to me, but I get very confused when I start to think about the SEC. An undefeated Alabama will get the #1 seed and would be playing in Atlanta. Even if they lose a game, they'd be a contender for a seat in the playoff even if they lost, so I think we hope for their undefeated streak to continue?
So in a scenario where Alabama and Clemson are granted playoff games, an undefeated Michigan makes sense as the #2 in Arizona. But lets play what if Michigan drops a game. Assuming that game is The Game, OSU is going to be in the playoff (assuming they don't botch the Big Ten Championship game. That would leave Michigan vying for a spot against Washington (see above, woo WSU and Colorado), Louisville, Florida and Auburn.
Given that, I am scared an Alabama team with its only loss being to Auburn would be more likely to get in to the playoff over us - so I'll be cheering for Alabama in the Iron Bowl, though The Game will be over by the time the Iron Bowl reaches halftime, and if we win - go war eagle!
What have I missed or got wrong?

It's bad, but not THAT bad. Seth and I sat there a few years back. Most people are reasonable, the 5% are bad and you will get cursed at , maybe a beer spilled on you, but if we win... lookout.

I believe that's probably a major factor. If you grew up in a city with a successful college team, it skews you towards the college game - see Columbus. If you grew up in a city with a pro team, but no competitive college team, you probably prefer the nfl- see Cleveland.
I have little to no interest in the NFL. I used to watch Cleveland, but found I no longer have time for football both Saturday and Sunday.
While being a Browns fan probably contributed to my lack of interest, I also believe I was turned off by the entitled nature of the players. As I grew older, I related ticket prices to their salaries.

|19 weeks 1 day ago||While I agree with you||
Their debauchery serves their intended purpose. How many stadiums in the country intimidate the other team's fans? Others may boast about creating a home field advantage through crowd noise, but OSU intimidates other fans from even coming to the stadium.
What people outside of Columbus do not realize is that even rational people in Columbus think this is the way football is everywhere. I live just north of Columbus and took friends to AA for The Game a few years back, they were flabberghasted at how polite everyone was to them despite their OSU jerseys.
That being said, I wore my UM jacket to 2 years worth of MBA classes and never had a real problem. I went to The Game with Seth a few years back, the worst we got was a few threats and swears. Don't respond when they yell at you, and you will be fine. If you don't get spit on, or a beer dumped on you - consider yourself lucky.

Before kids I didn't care when the kick was. I still don't care, just wish they would plan them further ahead of time so we could plan the rest of kids schedule around the start time.
I missed one of my good friend's son's birthday party last night, and while torally understood and justified- still feel like a dick.

Good morning all. I signed up for PS Vue on Friday after reading alot of this thread. I am still by no means a PS Vue expert.
I've read alot of this thread, but havent seen these specific questions answered:
1. When at a public wifi, is it better to use the PS Vue Mobile app, or to use BTN2Go.
2. Will the PS Vue mobile app only work when connected to your own wifi network?
I have decent wifi coverage, but was disappointed at how frequently PS Vue had to cache content when watching walking dead sunday night. I'd had to invite people over, or try to cast from my phone to a TV at a party and have that experience for a game. This weekend's game on BTN will be my first time trying to use PS Vue for a game as last week I used my HD antenna.
