that's unfortunate, but at least the interest is there on both sides

Both Psychologists and Psychiatrists are covered under HIPAA, and often Psychiatrists notes (not medical records) are protected, sometimes even more stringently.

And one of the points in the article is that the counselors are some of the victims biggest supporters. It seems that they were unaware of this loophole themselves and are up in arms against this interpratation.
I find it hard to believe that a doctor can in good conscience support something which is not in the best intrest of their patient as this appears to be. There seems to be a link that it is only because of the lawsuit against the University that this was able to be done which further clouds the waters.

Plenty of punches thrown both ways. Odd anyone actually misses a game from this next year?

While I agree they seem to be far and away the front runners, I have 0 expectations of them actually winning the B1G. It seems to be one of the times where everyone praises them, and they may easily buy into the praise and fall short. I still see them being a top 25 team, but just not the class of the B1G that everyone expects when every team they play is going to give them their best shot week in and week out.

And our tournaments were during the fall. Missed quite a few games because of it. Normally it was just the non-conference since it was first couple weeks of the semester, but going to Nationals a couple times caused the team to miss a few B1G games as well.

My personal favorites in wallpaper are generic, not specific to a single player or phrase. Focusing on team aspects, the Bighouse, a Block M etc.
My wallpaper is still actually the Naughty or Nice Block M from MonuMental.

I think Durant is going to get one here soon and Mitch may well contribute along the way.

I thought this was going to be about waterskiing and was excited :(

My one issue is 3.5 hours. With GA for big games you have to add a couple hours to that. Still people should be able to unplug for an entire day and be fine.

|1 year 14 weeks ago||I understand what you are||
I understand what you are saying, however I would simply disagree.
My epinion: very little benefit in listing the names, and on a first casual glance it would seem to be against that rule.
Saying "a Jr who hasn't seen the field yet (and there aren't many) could transfer" would acomplish the same thing.
I do agree that it is completely different then looking at it from a scholarship crunch perspective/ I did not even come close to thinking you were saying they should leave.
|1 year 14 weeks ago||Seriously?||
"Maybe figure a Terry Richardson or Chris Bryant or Jack Miller if they don't get on the field this year; every other junior has already played extensively and should again next year unless there's an injury or an early NFL departure among them, which doesn't seem very likely."
Speculating about players transferring is a big no-no on the board and now this gets posted on the front page? Names could easily be redacted and the message be the same. I'm disappointed.

I mean at least longer than Terry Foster's joint?

My team has 3 Top 10 rb plays for this week (Lacy, Stacy, Vereen) and I still have spiller and rice on my bench. I would never have believed that those two would be this bad in August

If you left out the name calling i'd be perfectly with you. Taking potshots at anyone who you deem negative is a no-no in itself.

Along with the White Trash Titus comment, and the fact he's been here 1 week, he might need a full caving.

Yet it would suggest then that his point about losing the NPOY cratering the team the following year would be weakened by that information. If he isn't overly used, despite being the best player in the country he should be easier to replace (than other NPOYs). Despite some late steals, Burke wasn't known as an especially dominant defensive player, which accounts for some of the differences with the big men on that list.
I just find it interesting to make that claim on Grantland, a site famous for championing the Ewing Theory to argue the opposite direction.
|1 year 23 weeks ago||My problem with the article||
Is the claim that Michigan did not rely on Burke last year as in a give it to Trey and get the F out of the way. Well we did run a quality offense most of the year, i remember being frustrated in almost all late game situations that boiled down to exactly that.
Sure it worked out in the Tourney, but during the regular season it bit the team in ass a couple times. He may not have dominated the ball like a durant but to say Michigan wont spread more possessions around without him seems a stretch.
|1 year 23 weeks ago||IMHO||
It should be posted and locked. It's worth noting but nothing good would come of it. Sticking our head in the sand because people would start fighting about something doesn't mean there are no problems.
