I was thinking the same…

I was thinking the same thing. If it happens this weekend it's on PSU.

Harbaugh arrives at the field with the team--->

PSU walksoff the game and it is cancelled?
PSU plays the game but under protest?

Somehow Harbaugh is physically prevented from being there?

--->Michigan walks off the field?

High/Low

Essentially Team…

High/Low

Essentially Team Match Play with 2 points available each hole. Each hole you look at you and your partners low (net) score vs the other team to determine a point and then compare your high score to determine a point.

You might win the low and push the high, or you could, you win the low and lose the high there's no blood. You lose both and 2 points are given out.

Most of the time only one  or no points are exchanged. You can do it as a Nassau for Front/Back/Overall.

NIMBY

I get the concern with trolls, however all of the suggestions to limit new users seem very NIMBY.

Even if it limits trolls waiting a month to post would limit new readers and users from becoming regulars.

The trolls who want to will find a way around whatever limitation is created.

LA and OC

Everyone identifies as LA and as such anything in OC is in the shadow. No one ever says to someone out of the area that they are from Anaheim. It trickles down to the sports teams too.

blame ausmus

k rod is washed up, but it's ausmus that keeps running him out there.

Vmart was killing us earlier in the year and still has no power and needs to move down in the lineup.

Need a meritocracy instead of Ausmus and his blind loyalty to veterans.

Is power out nearby?

Often the cable nodes and power supplies for them are on different power grids from the homes they support.

Good with 3/4

He needs to get in Berenson's way. Might need to be forced to resign.

Ouch

The difference in writing quality is shocking.

Agreed.

I also would continue that there is no such thing as "Too Soon" for a joke.

JD Was too short

Peppers is to much of a tweener!

Yeah, let's use the NBA argument for why he shouldn't go pro.

offers vs OFFERS

It'd be very hard to judge, however one of the things that always surprises me is the amount of unreported offers and interest.

A Dylan McCaffery is not going to bother reporting every offer he gets at this point, and many teams aren't going to present serious interest to him when he is firmy committed. Does this playout the same way for lower rated guys?

For example Harbaugh liked Sean McKeon enough to have him EE, and he was firm to Michigan throughout, did that hinder him from being a "multiple option" type of 3*?

Three and D

Took a while but eFG% is worth while for a reason.

Give me some Gladiator!

My name is Maximus Decimus Meridius, commander of the Armies of the North, General of the Felix Legions and loyal servant to the TRUE emperor, Marcus Aurelius. Father to a murdered son, husband to a murdered wife. And I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next.

The fight scene that precedes the "Are you not entertained" is pretty BAMF as well. Another great action movie that is ruined by romance.

Not Sure if Serious.

He happened to win the Masters and last years British Open. (Or The Open Championship, but that makes me think of tOSU right now and well...no.)

The point still stands, to CFB recruiting this is a non-story and people delete tweets. Big Deal.

Entitlement problem

Is this entire country. Not everyone will end up retiring at 65 owning their home and riding off into the sunset.

People that don't go to college are now saying give me $15/hr, for every damn job. Flipping burgers isn't worth $15/hour. Find a job that doesn't require a college education, but more involved then working at McDonalds.  There are jobs and professions that cannot and will never be outsourced.

Develop a skill outside of a college enviroment and don't expect handouts. That's what I ask.

Calhoun

I didn't follow it very closely, but how did the Uconn basketball scandal playout? Did Manuel look the other way or was Calhoun a rogue loose cannon and Warden had clean hands?

Epic comeback starts right

Epic comeback starts right now

This was planned.

Brian mentioned a couple days ago he is taking over recruiting until signing day while Ace will be focusing on Basketball.

Best wishes to Ace regardless.

Did we ever hear more about Bullough

I've searched the corners of the earth and never seen any plausible reason for that suspension.

Yes

I'm not sure how I feel about what this means.  Looking at 2010, 2011 and 2012 I added 10 names. All are in the NFL, with all but Collins and Ronald Powell being 1st or 2nd round picks. I can't say any of them are busts. 2013s class has everyone projected into the NFL.

However you look at it making the NFL is a major accomplishment, but when you are the best of the best is that enough? I never remember how a site grades or defines a player, but Is Hackenburg a bust? He is going to the NFL, but I can't help but feel underwhelmed at times (This may just be Franklin/OL problems but he gets some blame too).

2014 is where it may just be too soon to tell. A year ago at this time Jabrill Peppers was a lot of hype who had played in 4 total games. Da'Shawn Hand has played in 22 games at bama and an OL that hasn't cracked the rotation at Bama are the closest to being "Busts"

2015 has 3 true freshmen who saw major game action.

To me this list looks to indicate a certain freakish athlete and potential. This has the NFL drooling regardless of performance. I'm grasping at straws to find complaints about 2/31 people.

And Duke beat Miami

Anyone who watched Michigan play MSU knows they lost on a fluke play,

Anyone watching the game knows that shit happens, but the scoreboard and recordbook counts.

Clarifying

I think those are the teams that have arguments against Iowa at that point. The only one I buy would be Notre Dame.

Iowa's best win would obviously be the Big Ten title game, but that would be one game not a whole schedule.

I don't see Iowa winning out; this will all be moot. We are a Northwestern victory over Stanford from having a possible undefeated team to represent all P5 leagues.

Guy wasn't as universally loved as Yzerman, but offensively gifted...geeze. His number belongs up there.

My response:

Government regulation is politics, and not for the board.

8  or even 6 years to recover capital is a long time when these companies are merging and buying eachother out it seems on a regular basis. $10 or $15 dollars a month is a ton when people are paying <$50/mo (Comcasts 75 Mbps package is $45, and a lot of customers stick to the slowest packages such as their 6 Mbps for $30/mo). Good luck having people swallow a 50% increase.

Previous relationships

There are special exemptions for what is considered a previous relationship to being a recruit. Could people abuse this? Sure.

Otherwise Fred Jackson couldn't have taken his son to dinner without it being a violation.

Yes, but who is going to pay for it.

Working for a small ISP the infrastructure generally is there. However it often is used as the backbone to get to a cable system. Regardless, switching to a pure fiber network and eliminating that "last mile" is not as simple as it sounds. Last mile construction for a home (or business) is estimated in that article as 1k per subscriber. It can go way beyond that.. Urban areas where wiring is all underground only adds to this. In addtion there are many network headaches of assuming everyone in a given node is upgraded and if so that there is truly enough fibers ran to that node. If not needing to multiplex the fiber can cause other issues. It is not just as simple to say "Oh, there is fiber within a mile, it is good to go."

3.0 can hit 500 Mbps and 3.1 is soon to arrive. Dealing with last mile copper is much easier. Most computers still have 10/100 WAN cards, and even the new MacBook Airs don't have LAN ports. It's easy to bash ISPs for saying people don't have it, but in most cases peoples' own equipment can't support Gigabit speeds.

You don't want to pay $300 a month for the service, the companies don't want to invest thousands of dollars per subscriber.  Government = politics and some of how we got to this point in the first place. I'll stop there so we don't stray into politics.

Both Psychologists and Psychiatrists are covered under HIPAA, and often Psychiatrists notes (not medical records) are protected, sometimes even more stringently.

This is a good point

And one of the points in the article is that the counselors are some of the victims biggest supporters. It seems that they were unaware of this loophole themselves and are up in arms against this interpratation.

I find it hard to believe that a doctor can in good conscience support something which is not in the best intrest of their patient as this appears to be. There seems to be a link that it is only because of the lawsuit against the University that this was able to be done which further clouds the waters.

Plenty of punches thrown both ways. Odd anyone actually misses a game from this next year?

1%?

Wisconsin

While I agree they seem to be far and away the front runners, I have 0 expectations of them actually winning the B1G. It seems to be one of the times where everyone praises them, and they may easily buy into the praise and fall short. I still see them being a top 25 team, but just not the class of the B1G that everyone expects when every team they play is going to give them their best shot week in and week out.

I waterskiied for U of M

And our tournaments were during the fall. Missed quite a few games because of it. Normally it was just the non-conference since it was first couple weeks of the semester, but going to Nationals a couple times caused the team to miss a few B1G games as well.

Love it.

My personal favorites in wallpaper are generic, not specific to a single player or phrase. Focusing on team aspects, the Bighouse, a Block M etc.

My wallpaper is still actually the Naughty or Nice Block M from MonuMental.

Agreed

I think Durant is going to get one here soon and Mitch may well contribute along the way.
