To piggy back, developing that work ethic is key. Do that stuff while you're young then figure out the path that isn't a straight, linear trade of time for money. And don't aim to get rich quick... I have too many family members that fell to that game. Find your passion, take some risks when you're young and aren't responsible for a family, and hopefully realize that making a good living and not fearing being poor is as good as being uber rich. Money can't buy happiness... But it does help.
My dad got me and my brother a bottle of Maize and Blue Woodson Whiskey. He got a custom made "back to back to back B1G champs" mug from me. I also got a shirt from my wife with a picture of my 4 boys donning their Michigan gear.

In lieu of starting another thread, I wanted to point out that stallions is still on paid leave. Doesn't it seem at this point with all that has come out that if the AD was going to bend over and take it he'd be gone? I may be proven wrong at any moment and he gets fired, but to me they are letting this play out without shooting themselves prematurely. I think the fact that he really seemed to be operating in a gray area is woefully underrepresented in the discussion by Brian et al... Not to say it hasn't been brought up, but the latest signal gate article seems resigned to some punishment when there has been no proof of a rule being broken. Maybe some contorted morality rule, but I don't think the administration believes that since they are still paying the man...
It has gotten outrageous. It is super frustrating on desktop to have content literally jumping up and down the screen as ads constantly cycle. I have resorted to an adblocker, which I would rather not, but this has gotten ridiculous.
Of course it works, like it works in politics (no politics) and any time you pit two companies against each other (gutters, concrete levelers, and foundation guys from my experience). It doesn't work on everyone, but it definitely does work on many.
I'm an OSU grad. Best part is I can hang my diploma from my rear view mirror and park in the handicap spots. Fisher School of Business grad, currently a software developer for a very large company and very happy with my life. Your son will enjoy his time and I had no trouble retaining my allegiance.

It's not just hosting, it's the service itself. Gfycat used mp4's (videos), not real gifs, so the quality was higher and they could include audio. On top of that, the videos were available in HD and SD and web optimized. So to replicate that would be quite difficult, and all that before you get into bandwidth and storage concerns, or complications of using a CDN.
Seconded. I back up devices to my server, and my server backs up to there. Very cheap and pretty simple to use, though I wish it had more powerful configuration options.
It is also pretty slick at migrating backups to other machines. I have done several rebuilds of the server and storage and BackBlaze easily picks up where the last backup left off.
Or, he is demanding things that can't realistically/reasonably be done as a way to justify leaving, even if they are things we might agree with ("Warde is gone, or I am").

The butterfly effect is in play here... The overall shift in the game from that play cannot easily be calculated. Simply shifting points is the best we have to work with, and it says we should have won. The entire game plays out differently from that point on.

Really? Feels like a play to get someone else at a lower price... I get it, Cincinnati is not a top-tier program, but come on... WR coach and passing game coordinator does not a head coach make. I mean, I don't care if it happens (doesn't make me happy if he leaves, our D proves me correct), but Cincinnati is not a nothing job, it has a relatively recent-to-medium history of success, this won't happen.
It also opens the eyes if recruits to what Harbaugh has built with little more than a rag tag group with desire. Who cares if we lose in the CFP, if we can get there now, TWICE, no less... Well, harbaugh should be Coach of the year again

Edit: point being, they'll care more when they know we are continually in the way of their goals. I don't think they respect us enough at this point to do so.
