Yeah. This is huge news. Whatever school it is will probably end up getting hammered to the point that they won't be relevant for quite some time. This is the most interesting thing I've read on Scout in a long time. It's going to be a B10 team and we can only hope that it's ND (they're not in the B10 but I count them anyway), PSU or MSU. I'd like it to be ND too but MSU would be fun as well.
O' Brien is really impressive in that film. He has the best moves out of any of the DLine prospects. Godin looks good too. They don't just bullrush like the rest of the players.
Ugh. RR needs to focus his recruiting muscles on our soccer team and find the guy with the strongest leg and see what happens. If our soccer team is the best in the BigTen (hopefully the country) then I'm sure we have multiple candidates.
I can't see something like that happening except for FS and RB. Howeva, seeing that the RB position will be a revolving door with three guys, more than likely, I don't think that really qualifies.
I've been waiting all day to hear this. This is freaking awesome. MBB will be a force in 2 years and they'll definitely be fun to watch develop before then.
Tate has a dead arm. No zip on any of his passes and has terrible foot work. Those observations are taken from watching the game on BTN a few times. Denard SHOULD be the QB this year.
It would be a bad move by Notre Dame if they didn't join. We could just have all the teams in the Big Ten threaten to break ties with them after their contracts are up and not reschedule them. If that wasn't enough to have them come aboard then I say move on.

RR has been a screw up with things like this. Awesome guy but I wouldn't be shocked at all to see him go mid season if things are not going well on the field.
You are wasting your time with the exercises that you're doing if you want to get big or even strong. Always always always lift before cardio and if your goal is to lose weight without losing muscle then you need to walk. Weird, right? Get a heart rate monitor and get in a range of 60-70% of your MHR. You should be able to talk while doing this but you need to do it for an hour. You will lose fat instead of losing fat and muscle, which running does. As stated above you should work on the compound lifts because they will benefit overall strength and help you perform other exercises with more ease then you would imagine.
I hate professional athletes that get away with rape and all other kinds of things because they can put a ball in a hoop or throw a dead pig around. I hate that they are above the law. There needs to be some Boondock Saints justice. IT WAS A FIREFIGHT!!!

Like a lot of posters have already stated the answer is yes. Think of it as you would a basketball player and his jumper. It's all about repetition.

Troy will have a good nine months to turn back into TWolf. If Barwis can help Brock walk again I think Troy will be fine.
