That looked like a trophy handed out in the adult entertainment industry. Horrible.

I would think his public attendance at his brother's NFL game would inherently help recruiting.

To the frozen four! Go blue!

Waiting for the B1G to explain why our goal was disallowed. Horrid.

Still trying to figure out how that wasn't a goal
|4 weeks 9 hours ago||And note||
Every wolverine said thank you multiple times as they received their awards. Can't say the same about the other team.

Jim Delaney and Urban Meyer both just called Ohio State one of the top 4 teams in the country.

The golden parachutes are needed for people who are in high risk jobs, where the probability of being fired for performance is high. Brady Hoke - as a head football coach and responsible for millions of revenue to the AD each year, is much more likely than the average IT professional (or many professions) to get fired. Accordingly he has clauses in his contract to accommodate such risk.

Will be celebrating the Dream Cruise by staying in my house all day! Thanks to all who come and provide economic stimulus to the area, but too may people creating traffic jams of "old" cars for me to participate directly.

|31 weeks 4 days ago||I've said for years||
The band taking the field is more exciting to me than the team running under the banner. Simply because the band kicks off the overall game festivities, once they come the emotion is already on max.
|31 weeks 4 days ago||The Door Handle to the Law Quad Library||
When I was a student, I would get chills every time I entered the Law Quad library. Think of all of the famous people that have likely opened that same door to study when they were students at Michigan. From James Earl Jones to Madonna, from Tom Harmon to Charles Woodson, the incredibly successful lawyers, engineers, and business people, etc.
|31 weeks 4 days ago||So true on the IQ||
Our football coach went from quoting famous poets to the Lion King. And then the Lion King quote kept getting misapplied, it wasn't about ignoring the past, it was about learning from the past!
|31 weeks 4 days ago||Agree on RCMB||
They have more entertaining OT threads. That said, the tone and immaturity that some posters exhibit there is terrible.
|31 weeks 4 days ago||My confessions||
1- I wish we would dump the playoff, dump the BCS, and go back to the old bowl format. I hate that college sports are becoming more and more like the professional leagues, and I hate that Brandon's continuous over marketing of the athletic department keeps the academics in the shadow.

But some are missing the question. We've been running 10 degrees below average for the last month or two (i.e. It is normally 30-35 degrees but has been 20-25 degrees and less). When are we going to get back to being on par with the average temperature from a climate perspective? Naturally we are going to warm up as winter becomes spring and I can view a ten day forecast from whichever site I choose, but I don't see us getting back to "average" in the next ten days; so when will it?
