I don't think there is anyway it makes it up to 21, much less 25. All the experts are saying 14-18. 14/15 is too low, but I think 16-20 is a more realistic range

They would have sold so many of those jerseys, especially if they won the tournament. Has to be a B1G recommendation or the team's choice.
|6 weeks 6 days ago||Other Conferences||
Y'all realize many other conferences have their tournaments over at this point, so it's already a tested model. I don't think it's the right decision, and i wouldn't recommend the B1G modelling off of the MEAC, but people who can't wrap their noodle around how this will work really aren't paying attention to college basketball more broadly.

It's very grating to here Brian pronounce it wrong, but I think it's a reach to say it's a shopping destination for NYers. Was way more likely to head upstate to Woodberry Commons or out to LI for Roosevelt Field Mall.
Signed, a NYer

No one should be put down for advancing their education, no matter where you go. That said, there's certainly a widely held perception that the quality of education is higher on the Ann Arbor campus vs. Flint / Dearborn. Whether that's true or not is a different story, but if I'm not mistaken the admissions criteria for most programs is also more stringent in Ann Arbor.
I can speak more to the business school, but the quality, breadth, and diveristy of recruiters in Ann Arbor is far greater compared to the other campuses.

Can't believe he's so low on the list. Is it because he'll split time with Poggi? He's a lock to be a huge factor next year.

Beat me by a few minutes.... Almost identical, though I think you missed Mo Hurst, and I'm not sure Darboh is a lock.
+1 though for sure.

Dymonte Thomas (on athleticism?)
Darboh (hands and route running)
Kalis (if he pulls it together this year)
De"veon Smith (probably UDFA, but gets a look)
Mason Cole (probably returns for his senior year)
Probably a bunch of other UDFAs as well... Who'd I miss?

He's not going to forbid him to go to a JUCO, and then once he's there, he can go wherever will have him the year after. Saban (or any coach), can only have influence on the first place you transfer, not subsequent transfers.

I saw this and thought about posting it, but also feared we wind up in a political rabbit hole.
As to you point regarding speaking at a convention vs. going to the White House post championship, with a White House visit you're going regardless of who the sitting president is (unless you're Tim Thomas). It doesn't imply support for the President or his /her political party. Speaking at a convention for a candidate at a minimum implies support, and most time will overtly pledge support.
It's great that Brock is walking and doing so well after that horrific accident, and I think we all should be happy for him and proud of the role that Michigan played in helping that process. A post about him speaking at a political convention is going to be real hard to toe the no politics line though.
|41 weeks 4 days ago||Not sure this is true||
Now that we have 9 conf games, you alternate between years with 5 home games, and years with 4. If we switched home / road with MSU, we go from having 5 home conf games in odd years to having it in even years.
|41 weeks 5 days ago||Said this in the other thread, but I bet this was our idea||
Yes, It stinks that we're playing our three rivals on the road the same year, but I'd guess we asked for this, and here's why.
Given the 9 game conference schedule, we now alternate between 5 home / 4 road and 4 home / road conf games per year. 2018 is a year we have 5 conf home games (PSU, Wisc, IU, Maryland, Nebraska), so it's easier to have a non-conf road game that year.
If we played home vs. ND in 2018, we'd only have 6 home dates (4 conf, 2 non-conf) in 2019, which I'd guess is out of the question.
That's my best guess as to why it's going down this way.
