We’ve won the B1G 3 straight years, beat OSU 3 straight years, been had a chance at a Natty 3 straight years and won 1 Natty…what school other than Georgia can come close to that? But yet, we don’t even get a sniff from these big time players in the portal. Not only that…when was the last time we had a legit shot at a 5* in the last few years? Meanwhile, the Fucknuts from Ohio keep pulling in 5*s from both recruiting and the portal. What gives?
Not sure why everyone is so quick to anoint Moore the HC if Harbaugh leaves. Is he worth an interview - yes there are also others on the staff (Minter) who deserve a shot. We didn't win the Natty this year because of our offense...it was our defense that DOMINATED. There were plenty of times this year where the offense went stagnant for long stretches of time especially the last 3 games of the season (Iowa, Bama & Washington)..we had chances to put those teams away early and never capitalized on our opportunities. Team 144 was such a well oiled machine...did Moore really have that much of an impact? Or his he just getting the credit because he didn't screw it up?
Just saying please, please, please in the event that Jim leaves...let's conduct an actual search instead of jumping the gun.
Agree with most...if Jim does leave there is no need to rush to anoint him next head coach. Nothing wrong with a "quality" national search and if they deem him the best candidate let the chips fall where they may.
Maybe we just have to acknowledge that we are a mentally weak team and were out-coached in the 3 games. Outscored by 30 pts in the 2nd halves of the three games? Gave up 10+ point leads in each of the games? That leads me to assume that they make halftime adjustments and we don't (sound familiar doesn't it)? We panic and our sphincters get abnormally tight and theirs don't? Maybe it's as simple as they know how to win a tight game and we don't.

Take Armani Reeves for example...nothing but the best interest of the player. He was so concerned for Armani's welfare that he told him he should quit football AFTER the national championship game. WOW!!! First Northwestern AD...now Dartmouth AD? WTF is going on? OK folks...the position is for ATHLETIC DIRECTOR...and I'm going way out on a limb here thnking one of the qualificaitons for the job of ATHLETIC DIRECTOR would be EXPERIENCE RUNNING A SUCCESSFUL BIG TIME COLLEGE ATHLETIC PROGRAM.
Nothing against these fine individuals but come on. How about we not try to play the smartest guy in the room act again like we did with Brady. We all see how well that worked out.
Let's just hope it doesn't come to that? I never root for the team to lose but the thought of bringing him back for another year makes my stomach turn.

I have a hard time believing that Brady is really that clueless. You tried to motivate your players and it failed miserably (like pretty much everything the past few years). Goes from talking about being all "tough and physical" to apologizing to the opposing team...no wonder our team has accepted its losing mentality. It is OK to try and install a little hatred for this game instead of this "just another game" bull shit. It's OK to light a fire under the asses of your players. Dantonio has done just that and guess what...6-1 since he's been there. And let's face it...we were EXTREMELY LUCKY to even get that 1.

And as Desmond mentioned on Game Day...in his opinion there is a major lack of drive for anyone on this team to get better. The ONLY guy he menioned was a true freshman (Peppers). Doesn't say much when a true freshman is the ONLY guy out of 115 with that extra drive to improve.

- We screwed up with Morris and changes are being put in place to make sure it doesn't happen again.
- Brady and I get along just fine.
- We (he and Brady) both love this university and want nothing more than to turn this around.
- We feel Brady is the right man for the job.
- We like the things being put in place.
- We have a young football team so it would be unrealistic not to expect some struggles.
- The fans need to support this team instead of bailing on it right now.
The list goes on and on...
