I still believe it is a disgrace. I also feel he compromised his battle with cancer to step unto the forefront of a one man branding franchise. It is a win/lose scenario, you do things the right way the road to riches is acceptable. You don't, there are consequences, period. So I'm sure White Bread America will be slapping on there yellow "Sorry About That!" bracelets any moment.

And the NFL spend time with rookies about the trouble that they inevitably find themselves anyway. A class, as they mention in "Broke" the athletes fall asleep. It was also noted that some athletes never wrote or simply can't write a check. These are societal problems and if there was a class that cured it, there would be. |

Myself and knew this topic would arise here. Bernie Kosar sat in front of you during a hour and a half describing how his family bilked him with bad advice and leveraging guilt for Millions of dollars. Andre Rison gave musicians $30,000 for new equipment, for what I have no idea. Keith McCants bought multiple houses and a yacht. A 3 credit course at any University shouldn't have to lower themselves to tell athletes that they shouldn't "Make It Rain" at the freaking strip club. Bernie Kosar's Dad, who represented Bernie, had a One Million Dollar deal with the Browns in addition to the unpaid loans and paid mortgages at the expense of Bernie. if this was a docu about lotto winners running amok with their money I'm sure many would call them losers and many would laugh at their demise. For an institution to add a service on "How To Be A Millionaire" is a bitch slap to everyone who made it on their own whether Rich, Middle Class, Poor or otherwise. |

In terms of Texas, were David McWilliams and John Mackovic hitting these numbers, probably not, which in turn gave you a good Colorado run amongst other teams in that region and outside. FSU trotted out Burt Reynolds in the 60's and then Derrick Brooks twenty years later. In the 40's through 60's Army and Navy were pulling great talent with enormous reach I'm not sure what played a bigger role in the decline, the Viet Nam War or academic acceptance. All in all, I agree with the majority of lists where the locality of hot beds and blue chip football powers rotate in cycles. |

I also need a fella who can make all the throws and is a team guy but more importantly respected in the huddle. Blue collar players are welcome but must make all the tackles and no lapse in concentration." Personally I like all of your choices but when phrases make its way from the combine to television to the viewer to the internet. Inexact sciences dont always need concrete explanations. |

Is quite apparent. The legacy of your child either A) Decorated in a historic, respected University where halls, rooms and scholarships can dedicated to the young man. Or B) Day `127 of the bitter court struggle between Declan Sullivan vs Notre Dame, trial ends Notre Dame moves on and lawyers collect. Certainly there was a payout, donation whatever you want to call it. As much as I dislike ND on the football field is one thing but OSHA discussions over scissors lifts wont get you anywhere especially if it doesnt pertain to you or your child. |

Brandon Inge, another shining gem, has given quite a bit of time and exposure to Mott Children's. I agree that Pujols is genuinely a good person and great player but we need to point the finger at baseball traditional bungled top brass management before cast innocent providers of good unto a sea of scum. |

Larry Scott, for the second time in a year, has made announcements about something that has little chance of happening. His PAC 18 (or whatever the number was) idea crashed to the ground and took Joe Schad with him. So to spare some time laboring over the NFL lockout, wait and see what happens before making TV and Athletic Dept schedule changes. Take note from Jim Delaney and show up to a podium with a concrete plan rather than guessing whether a professional business will be operating in the fall, or any other plan that includes consent from other parties. What a joke! |
| 2 years 8 weeks ago | Post Fab Five Teams |
Were similar (Traylor, Taylor, Baston, etc). Great athletes and great expectations sometimes dont mesh. When happens it makes for bad television for your school. On the flip side if your team is a 16-14 one and done in the NIT but doing all the right things by hustling and performing in the community and classrom, then you need talent like Billy Donovan brings in regularly. Watching San Diego St play in the Tourney gave me flashbacks of what youre currently experiencing. I stand with you about Beilien. |

| 2 years 8 weeks ago | Dear Norman Dale, |
I will play the game of beginner and ask why "5 out" and "1 in" would lead a novice to believe that there is 6 players on the court? When you begin your paragraph descibing what these six players on offense are doing dont confuse me (in the same paragraph no less) talking about 1-3-1 and 2-3 defense and recover schemes. Also, when you conduct an informative dialogue on basketball omit the word "tantalize" it tends to undermine your information to a sensational, circus type, version of x's and o's. |

Cant you see Richard Dawson in 'Running Man' character curing a helpless woman with no self esteem, all the while wearing a sweater vest. Yes, its like that church that you roll your eyes about that keeps on churning millions in revenue. If OSU were to get totally exposed for wrongdoings nobody on earth would be surprised, yeah, just like those "churches." |

With transitional practices in the corporate world. Although I would classify this as dirty pool in essence trying to retain what you stand to lose. You can polish this with MBA rhetoric but you are creating a vision to the public that your willing to force the hand from someone who has (in my estimation) served you well. Happens all the time in Corporate Clown-Town, but it doesnt make it right. Im anticipating this to fail. |

For this University. They chased Bobby Bowden out of town, hung him in effigy then BB turned which was once a girls school in Florida St a National power Then the Athletic Dept left RR's upgrade requests in the toilet from which it started. So without repeating what you already know WVU yearns for retribution especially when there is no cause for it. Oliver Luck--Andrew's Dad--is part of the lineage of poor choices and witch hunt. Bumble On, WVU! |

I am all for RR, I want it to work just as much as any Blue Blooded Michigan Fan. But really, Top 5 offense. Denard Robinson. Unlimited resources. 9 starters on offense returning. Michigan wont be outbid if it were about money. Michigan wouldnt let an top 5 statistical OC out the door to interview. Were not there yet but were days away of getting OJ type evidence that something is going down. In close, I Love My School No Matter Who Is Coach, Period! |
