You mean #3 overall pick

You mean #3 overall pick Trent Richardson?

Dawn of a new era

When I visited my friend in Champaign last year, I thought this poster was funny... but now it is even funnier.

As an M alum who now goes to Duke

I could not possibly be more excited to bust out my maize rage shirt

Emphasis on THE

I was hoping that it was going to be THE school Up North

Especially relieved

Especially relieved that this one won, consdering that the runner up was #VoteGoBig. What a monstrosity that one was.

As long as it isn't one of

As long as it isn't one of the middle two, I'll be happy.

The second one looks like someone used the one of those silly fancy titles from MS Word '98, and the third one doesn't even have the year or schedule.

I'm actually partial to the last one personally (#VoteStandOut)

Gholston

Can't wait to see how our friend Tom Gholston does

fake, fake, jersey

Faked a move for the M hat, then faked a move for Tennessee hat, then walked away from the table to flip a switch which lifted a projector screen which revealed an M jersey #27 (I think?) Green on the wall.

He then went back to put on the M hat, then he put on the jersey and posed for pictures

Denard record watch

Hey, so I'm sure that this is all going to get buried in this thread really fast, and I am sure that someone will probably make a diary about it tomorrow, but I'm curious:

What do we think is the impact of Denard being forced out for 1/2 of the Nebraska game and then being held out of the entirely of this game on the Denard record watch?

As far as I remember, Denard was easily on pace to hit a lot of records (including Pat White's NCAA-wide record), but those all assumed moderate production across all of our remaining games. Since he is being forced to sit out, do we think that some of those records are now out of his reach barring a quick return and some amazing games?

Oregon St has 1 loss

Oregon State only has one loss right now, but your point is still valid. They can easily drop games against Stanford and Oregon

Great minds think alike

Long time lurker finally signing up to post this (hopefully gif will work?)

EDIT: apparently already all over the blog, oops! Can't hurt to have it somewhere more easily accessible than the colossal posbang thread
