The comments section by the "bammer" fans is truly priceless. Ticks all the boxes you'd expect:
Saban is a beacon of virtue, running the cleanest program in america, Harbaugh is a cheater who sells snake oil
Bama has won x-y-and-z while MIchigan hasn't
they don't need him anyways, but they'll still get him
we have winter
Ann Arbor is literally hell on Earth, and basically Detroit, while Birmingham is a paradise
Collins is a backstabbing person of low character
wishing ill on Collins, etc etc etc.
Every time i read things like this I fall in love with MGoBlog all over again for being the exact opposite.

Surprisingly enough, Americas test kitchen had their best results by far with searing frozen steaks. The sear was perfect, yet was incredibly thin, leaving most of the meat still rare before cooking in the oven., then finishing with a char broil.

1 medium onion 1 clove garlic 1 small green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 teaspoon fresh oregano
1 teaspoon fresh basil leaves2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon dried rosemary1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup dry red wine
1/2 cup Italian tomato paste 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup water
Chop the onion, garlic, and pepper, and sautee in heated olive oil until slightly browned. Add the tomato paste, salt, basil, rosemary, oregano, parsley, Tabasco, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, water, and honey. Allow to simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the red wine, and simmer another 15 minutes. Use the sauce to baste, but reserve a little to be served hot at the table.
8 ears sweet corn 1-1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup milk 2 tbsp flour 2 egg whites
1 cup vegetable oil (or more)
Shuck ears of corn and run knife down each row over a bowl. Split each kernal so they don't pop when frying, then saw kernals off into the bowl, add salt, milk, and flour, mix well, put in fridge until chilled. Beat egg whites in seperate bowl until very stiff and gently fold into cold corn mixture. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil a few at a time until brown on the outside.
Peanut oil is too volatile for corn fritters, veg oil will allow fritters to hold shape
More flour will make stiffer dumplings, less will allow loose batter to fill small pan and form a rice cake sized fritter.
Best served salted, with blackberry jam or honey for breakfast, anchovy butter or bbq for dinner.

Pulling weeds is awesome. You can pretend you're a Predator and you're ripping the heads off your prey, spine and all :) I play the movie theme on my phone when I weed in the garden.

How many coaches have won 2 national championships and are universally booed at that school? At USD, Stanford, and even San Fran, Harbaugh is beloved.

Phil Steele has no imagination whatsoever. He basically copies and pastes last years final standings into next years prediction. If anybody ever did a pre-post season comparison of his team and all american predictions you'd start wondering why the hell he's even paid money.

Him not being 7'36" inches tall with an 80 foot wingspan doesn't automatically exclude him from the LT discussion. A great proportion of NFL LTs are 6'5"-6'6". Foot speed and agility matter much more for the position than height. He seems to have plenty of both.

It just happened to be a Croatia game, I was cheering my ass off for them against Spain because I've always loved Rakitic and Badelj, but hate Srna, and Nani to be fair.
|5 days 18 hours ago||Ohhhhh wow, and the Croatia||
Ohhhhh wow, and the Croatia player is probably still appealing to the ref for his flop, instead of playing a little fucking harder.
|5 days 18 hours ago||The only reason there so much||
The only reason there so much flopping in soccer is because the refs keep blowing the whistle every time a player dives. If they'd stop calling it, players would stop trying it.
|5 days 20 hours ago||Croatia is gonna spend half||
Croatia is gonna spend half this game flopping, or complaining to the ref. Srna is one of the worst for that.

I don't normally do this, but there's just too much to say. I'll add a disclaimer, this is a general recap, and it wayyyyyyy understates and simplifies it. They used to refer to Japan's crisis as the Lost Decade, but the bubble burst in 1990. Around 2010 they started calling it the Lost Generation. 30 years in? It's no longer an economic crisis, but a looming population crisis.
|6 days 21 hours ago||Not to completely generalize,||
Not to completely generalize, but almost on the whole Japan's animal cruelty record is the worst on earth. It can be rather disturbing at times to see the prevalence of food that's eaten or prepared while it's still alive and can feel pain, or the throwaway pets. At all is bad, but the volume is staggering.

After this season ends I'll have no problem putting Coles draft stock in the same neighborhood as the Pouncey brothers. With his versatility and technique, nfl teams will love him at 2 or 3 spots.
|1 week 2 hours ago||Mostly because the majority||
Mostly because the majority of Japanese employers work their employees literally to death, and the government does essentially nothing to punish them. The average employment in Japan is now officially part time, yet employers still expect you to work 80-100 hours a week, just with no benefits, because you're "part time." This is essentially the sole reason for the population crisis theyre having.

Japan has to be freaking out right now. Their debt is already catastrophically high, and their revenue is shrinking at record levels. If their revenue shrinks too much and foreign investment in their debt slows too much because of this it could be bad for everybody.
