Since you probably won't be able to get reservations at Husk on short notice, grab dinner at Poogan's Porch next door (although there is no shortage of awesome restaurants downtown). Then you can head next door to the bar at Husk for a $16 craft cocktail. Be sure to check out Battery Park and Rainbow Row before you leave as well.
