| 5 hours 28 min ago | Nelson, Coffman annd Colter see big improvements IMO... |
Nelson especially looked to have a good QB brain. He doesn't falter in the pocket when the pocket is and unfortunately more than likely will. Can't wait to see all these guys bring it. Excellent run down... |
| 1 week 6 days ago | He won't do as well with |
He won't do as well with Joekel gone and now that he is a known threat... not to mention the Heisman target on his backside. I would expect a sophmore slump - but that will be better than average given his freshman debut. |

The late hit was nothing compared to a certain special team fail...infamy is easy. No embed - since it's too soon...

Tennessee...this works on many levels. After that... North Carolina Georgia Virginia Stanford Cal UCLA Vanderbilt These in no particular order... but I would like Virginia and/or Vanderbilt. |

Hagerup no... JT Floyd would have made a huge difference. His absence was a huge factor in giving up the big plays that lost that game. |

| 7 weeks 6 days ago | Is the fumble rate higher for |
Is the fumble rate higher for shorter kicks? Do upper class returners fumble less? What is the impact of backing a team into their own endzone to punt distance net and gross? Are we seeing more muffed punts and blocks with the spread punt? Expected points wrt field position is important but not reflected above. What was the outcome of San Diego State's experiment? Mid season Rocky Long changed his tune to the press. There is quite a bit of cat and mousery behind the numbers. Thanks for this work. |

Thanks for sharing... these are treasures. Usually I see this kind of stuff @ MVictors but this is a pleasent surprise - almost didn't open this thread due to the title. |

TTB Rating: I'm going to hold off here until I finalize the ratings for the 2013 class. |
| 9 weeks 5 days ago | The un-Denarding of Nebraska |
The un-Denarding of Nebraska was a bigger tell on the season (and ultimately more disheartening.) |
| 9 weeks 6 days ago | The comparison shows how |
The comparison shows how marginal OSU and the B1G were in 2012 when the presumed conference champion is so comparatively weak. I don't think this makes any non OSU feel better except to push for better standards of excellence in 2013. |

Having guys leave after a year or two is a sign of success at this level. We have guys who will stick it out on this roster. It's almost all good. |

It's not like he made the shot. Michigan has the rebound. To call a block would create just as much hoopla and be even more controversial as free throws would ensue. The call puts it back on the players to make a play. That is the right call. |

hmmm...that doesn't sound right... does it have to be one word? |

| 10 weeks 6 days ago | Herm, I totally agree with |
Herm, I totally agree with you. I don't want the fab five associated with UofM. But I attended many of the fab five games and have the memories and heart ache scars to show for it. The gist of the letter is valid. I wouldn't mind seeing Chris in the stands albeit not behind the bench. There are too many rules, so much water under the bridge and not enough peace. Let it be. Go Blue. |

By not matching we plant a coaching tree and Montgomery learns from a pretty good program. You need to let people go to get the most from them sometimes. This is where the magic happens. Hopefully Mattison can plant as many seeds as possible until he's done. If he does we are going to see benefits for years to come. |

It's Miller time... and Bellomy's most important year of his career. Even if Russell doens't show a 20 yard out ball - just to competently be the #2 woud help this team immeasurably. It's now or never for these guys. Fall is big for Bryant as well if not spring. Moar spring ball please. |
