2 days stick out....

Braylon vs MSU

Manningham's magical moment

Butler for sure. To do it

Butler for sure. To do it again without Heyward really shocked me.

I hope

I hope you are either young, a relatively new M fan, or have been living under a rock.

Thats awesome. I knew

Thats awesome. I knew underneath that guy who was a jackass to the media there truly was a guy I would love to hang out with a down a few beers.

I think sometimes athletes get so frustrated with the media that they just give up and come off the wrong way.

I will second JJ Redick.

I will second JJ Redick. Hated the kid at Duke and thought he would never amount to anything in the NBA. He has really blossomed into a good NBA player though.

Tigers Players

I could not stand Kenny Rogers when he was a Ranger but loved him during that 06 WS run, especially Game 4? against the Yankees.

Magglio drove met nuts playing against the Tigers but has won me over. I couldn't believe the Tigers offered him what they did when he first came, but has been a solid RF for most of his tenure.

Sorry I really didn't mean to

Sorry I really didn't mean to call you a bandwagon fan, or to put you down in anyway. I was saying it might be good if the MBB did get some new bandwagon fans, help grow the fanbase for the BB team and ensure that Crisler is always full.

Unfortunately yes I do still live in OH. Since moving here I haven't made it to as many games, but I usually try to make a couple trips there a year.

Do you plan on getting a new

Do you plan on getting a new job next year, or are you just going on a plant tour?

Sorry, that spelling error was just glaring at me. I am far from perfect when it comes to spelling and grammer but when I see an oppurtunity I take it.

Hopefully next year when you visit there you will really enjoy Crisler.

I love that lifelong Michigan football fans are finally hopping on the bandwagon with those of us that have sat through many tough seasons at Crisler, hopefully this team can continute to excite our fanbase and bring some rowdiness back to Michigan basketball.

wow

wow

hahahah

I couldnt help but laugh to myself at my desk when I read that.

pleasee.....

i would love to win this. 237.

im so excited

Can't wait for the game. Im so pumped I alread have the game pulled up on my computer ready to go!

GO BLUE!

my favorite espn line...

Last weekend I heard Lunardi interview on a late night espn radio show where he stated he thought Michigans win over MSU would help them end a long drought from the NCAA tournament.

I'll be teaching Friday. Looks like the tv will have to be on!

This might make....

This might make a few of them with they were attending Northwestern for their renowned academics.

we will be near the convention center

Sorry I am not a Columbus area expert yet, so I am not sure where everything is, and what it is called, but I know we will be near the Convention Center. Thanks to all for your input, hopefully this can help give me a great afternoon rooting for the Maize and Blue in Columbus. Not the first place I ever thought I would be trying to find a spot to watch a Michigan game, but I will make the most of it.

Sorry this is OT but I cant start my own thread

Please help!! I am going to be stuck in Columbus with my wife and friends Saturday for an early afternoon lunch date. I have gotten permission to choose a place to eat where I can also watch the game. Can anyone help me out with a good place to go?

It cant be too much of a sport bar, and has to be a place that will have the basketball game on. We will just south of tOSU. Please help! I do not want to miss this game.

JB helped make Morris who he

JB helped make Morris who he is.

Many coaches and their star players don't always see eye to eye. But they still respect each other.

wow...

Did not see that one coming.

I would be very surprised and think Darius would be making a poor choice if he were to leave. Maybe after next year, but in my mind I had him pegged as at leats a 3 but probably 4 year player. He just does not strike me as an NBA  point guard. Hopefully he does not listen to whoever advised Donovan Warren and Manny.

Well if he does go, lets hope Trey Burke is Big 10 ready.

Edit: Did anyone else realize Lucas and Summers are not even in the top 100. I am not shocked, but thought I would see their names somewhere on the list.

Hate OSU as much as the next guy

But I am really impressed with their Freshmen class. Their start bball players seem to be bizzaro their star football players. Buford, Lighty, Diebler, and the current freshmen have done nothing to lose my respect other than wear the scarlet and gray.

Lately craft has been getting a lot of praise in the media and it is much deserved. I live not far from him, and while following him have seen him handle himself very humbly. He is a very intelligent person both on and off the court. I would like to wish him the best as long as he isn't playing the maize and blue. I really don't think that team could run without him, Matta is lucky that among Sullinger's many talents, is his ability to help recruit his peers.

Maybe Bruce Pearl should call Sullinger for some tips.

No kidding he is a walk on? I

No kidding he is a walk on? I didn't know that. JK. I just must have missed where in that statement it said D1 players must havescholarships. Last I knew walk ons were still on the roster.

I will second Rawls.Also

I will second Rawls. Also excited to see what Kellen Jones can do.

Holland Sentinel

Apparently the Sentinel agrees with many of us that Seth Broekhuizen is not in fact a Division 1 football player. They failed to mention him in their list of Holland area D1 football players.

He was in fact..

watching the 97 highlights.

While I admire Charles as much as the next guy I find it funny that this is just coming out on this board now. This story was all over the news last July. Anyone interested in Charles and supporting his wonderful charity work should check out this link.

if this is true....

I am surprised that DJK from Iowa did not make his way down there.

This past and potential

This past and potential "touching" has been mentioned a lot today. I hope he stops saying. I could not help but laugh during the press conference.

On a serious note though, I am glad we did get another coach that seems like they will care about their players as people on and off the field.

looking back...

Looking back on the RR's three years at U of M, it almost makes me sick thinking of how he was treated. Did he have one day where he was not criticized? I really believe things would have worked out much better if people sat back and gave him a chance.

Other than the practice violations, was any of the speculation about the controversial RR really true? Most of us will probably never know. I for one have been behind him this whole time, and I know many other on this blog have been as well. It is a shame that it came down to him being fired, mostly due to what I believe is DB caving in to the pressure of a minority group.

I really hope DB figures out a great plan for the future to fix this.

Prior to the game starting I

Prior to the game starting I was thinking I shouldve had gone higher than 32 on mine. Might be glad I didn't.

Can I...

Can I bet on the push??? I am thinking an even 3.

On a side not I love getting two watch my two favorite and most presently succesful Michigan football alums play against each other.

Just Woke Up

From some tall boy Genesee Creme Ales. Yikes.

That combo is my go to. Can't beat it for under 10 bucks.

whoops

Bad miss on my part. Glad to see that I think along the same lines as those who put the series together.

I've always been intrigued by the role players around Michael Jordan during his championship runs, maybe some stories there?

The Buffalo Bills losing 4 straight super bowls.

The high flying Loyola Marymount teams and the death of Hank Gathers

Not sure if it wold attract a national audience but how about the Curse of Bobby Layne. A look at the pitiful history of the Detroit Lions

If he does announce January 2

If he does announce January 2 as expected he definetely does not come off as being completely honest IMO. This is an interesting angle I had not thought of.

Would be great to see Odoms

Would be great to see Odoms at 100 percent by the spring. Think he could have a solid senior season.

I agree with previous posters that if you want a QB to run with the ball Denard is as athletic as they get while stil keeping the threat of the pass on every play.

Thats because you guys

Thats because you guys weren't any good, so nobody knew where West Ottawa was from. Just playing, that was a good team. But really they do this with a lot of teams that it does not really make sense to do it for.
