1 year 30 weeks ago	Dantonio	Dantonio will restate his position that it was a clean, hard hitting game and Tom Gholson is a victim of circumstance.  Dantonio will reiterate there is nothing wrong with his players "borrowing" other peoples belongings.  He will state his program does not teach is young victims of circumstance to practice unnecessary roughness.  Sparty green kool-aid tastes great!
1 year 30 weeks ago	Sparty is disgusting	I agree with the some of the points made about the behavior being "coached" into the players. "Tom Gholson" should be suspended three games minimum (At least three incidents of intent to inflict injury).  Rush should be suspended one game.  The DC should be suspended one game for being honest about his effed up coaching philosophy.  Dantonio should be suspended one game for being the idiot in charge of it all.  I effing hate them......but we cannot reduce ourselves to their level though.  It is not the Michigan way.  I do know Mr. Lewan will see "Tom Gholson" on the football field again
2 years 7 weeks ago	Good Update	I like hearing updates like this.  Defense is obviously a work in progress, but they will improve.  I have no concerns for the O, because Denard is lethal diluthium!  I wish this was fall practice!

2 years 26 weeks ago	Still will be worrisome	Linebacker play next year could be the biggest weakness of theentire Michigan team next year.  I was hoping Jake Ryan would step up and stand out, but it seems he is destined for a DE and probably a year away from getting in the two deep.  Look out for Furman....fast and athletic!

2 years 28 weeks ago	I am sorry for the negativity	Dear Everyone: We will not win another game this year.  Our defensive coaches don't know what they are doing.  Instead of getting all cute with a scheme the players and knowledgeable football fans do not understand fully, they could play man to man and maybe have more success.  We don't have experience, but we do have athleticism.  Illinois has a defense that will knock Denard Robinson out of the game in the first half and this will be a blowout in front of the home crowd to see.  Just keeping it real..... The point spread will make some people with balls very rich on Saturday. Go Blue!  (I would still love to see Michigan pound them to dust!) Sorry these comments hurt, but I have not been drinking the Michigan Kool-aid this year.

2 years 29 weeks ago	Mouton	Cut them some slack!  Mouton has a bit of a lower leg injury.  He is not 100%.  Did you notice he has a wrap on his lower leg?  A mouton not 100% is better than any option off the bench.  I think the bye week will do wonders to heal a banged up team.
2 years 29 weeks ago	Hey Magnus	I guess this answers part of the question I asked you a couple weeks ago about the young ones developing.  I don't see anyone being afraid of Ray Vinopal's bone crushing tackles.  However, maybe he just has enough instinct and smarts to break up some plays and not let a TE or WR take it to the house.
2 years 29 weeks ago	Maybe an Improvement	I like this move if it gets Cam Gordon closer to the LOI and he actually wraps up when he tackles.  It will not do any good if he continues to just throw his shoulder in a tackle and try to knock the guy out.  The guy he tries to tackle bounces backward, stays on his feet and keeps going.  Cam Gordon needs to drive through his tackles!  I guess its like Rich Rod said, the team has fundamental problems because they are all FRESHMEN!  However, haven't they played football before they came to Michigan????? As far as Ray Vinopal at Deep safety, I have no idea....seems like a smart, small player.

I think that post was a five star!  We have youth issues on defense.  Some people on this blog are too critical of anything.  I get sick and tired of seeing people making childish remarks about grammar and many other things.  Perhaps they should go elsewhere where they can be critical of each other. I love Michigan and can't stand those who are on their own team and not on THE TEAM!

For some reason, I feel better about this game than l did about Sparty.  We did match up well last year against Iowa (except defending their tight end).  I think it will be close.  If we win the turnover battle, Michigan will be in this game.  I will be at this game and Michigan has NEVER lost when I have attended!
2 years 32 weeks ago	I feel good about this game	Home field advantage with a servicable Mike Shaw and Denard's bruised knee having one more week of healing (minus the bumps on Saturday) have me thinking a win over Sparty!  The defense will have the new Big House crowd behind them and play much better than last week.

If he cannot, then we score a lot of points.  Run the numbers all you want.  Defenses are going to say they are going to do this or that to stop him.  The problem is the 10 other players on offense just seem to get in the defenders way.  The TEAM is blocking well.  The Rodriguez Revenge Tour is on their sixth stop!  Go Blue!
