After much back and forth I finally got my girlfriend to agree to "Yost" as our new pups name.

I have been a daily lurker since damn near day one on this site and this post has motivated me to log in and comment.
Keep up the great work Brian and team...it is much appreciated.

I thought that was odd as well but you have to remember, that dude caught all 19 innings for the Pirates....guy must have been seriously exhausted.
|4 years 18 weeks ago||Oh wow....||
As a die hard Braves fan, I gotta say that is the last way I want to win a game.....that call was simply terrible.

Ready for this to end...I need to go to bed. I am afraid that the little girl yelling "lets go pirates!" over and over is going to haunt my dreams tonight.
|4 years 46 weeks ago||You sir....||
have made my evening better. Great job!
|5 years 9 weeks ago||I thought the same thing.||
I did not have my Bo bobblehead on the mantle like the last two weeks as I had taken it back to it's place on my desk at work. Safe to say it is back on the mantle.

I was really looking forward to the "loss will cause me to" section and you totally did not disappoint.

This app is seriously awesome....thanks!

To be fair, while Florida does get quite a bit of over the top media attention, it is a bit easier to swallow when the team in question is vying for its third BCS championship in four years instead of losing 18 of its last 19 games against teams that finished .500 or better.
Also, regarding the grammar: You do understand that it is written from the perspective of a Notre Dame homer right???
The Notre Dame fans I have encountered have indeed been classy. In fact I showed this to a few of them and they laughed...because they have a SENSE OF HUMOR.

Is it just me or did Rich look like Stevie Wonder with his glasses off?
Great answers to Kornheiser's questions and I was glad to see him having a laugh....
|6 years 19 weeks ago||Good press||
I just wish that comments like this would get more play in the press:
"I was with Vladimir (Emilien)," Grimes said of his time in Ann Arbor. "That's my boy. He told me one difference (at Michigan) is once you get there, you are not just a piece of meat, you are a part of the family."

I graduated from Lassiter in '97 and now I live in the Inman Park/L5P area...
Lots of Georgia Blue...too bad the U< vs. UGA game looks unlikely. I would have lost my mind for that.
|6 years 22 weeks ago||Trumpets||
Can someone explain the trumpets? It sounds like a damn horde of bees circling the stadium.
Are they US fans? Spain fans?
I am so glad this does not happen in a sport I watch regularly...
|6 years 35 weeks ago||Thanks||
Thanks everyone for your replies...I am a complete Luddite so it is good to know I am not the only one with issues here.

This is pretty much exactly what I was going to type.

2 cheers for the impending "Mobile MGoBlog"!

I am hoping the Palin reference makes this a definite case of sarcasm and not a true post.
