So Vincent Smith and Justin Turner came in and "earned" it? I realize they were before Hoke, but give me a break. #2 is #2. Woodson has not been retired yet.

I used to look forward to it. Now it's jut not worth driving 2.5 hours to see. Same boring stuff every year now. I was so bored watching it on TV that I started painting my room while it was on.
While true, my point was how times have changed. Obviously you want a good balance, but most people know a stellar defense keeps teams in games. I'd rather start with that, and have the offense get better through the fall/season.
I remember in 2008/09 when these threads were full of "holy shit people are gonna score 100pts every game on us!" Now we have a solid defense and people are bitching.

Shane Morris is TRUE BLUE! I love this kid, he gets it. He understands and loves Michigan. Shane will be a great TEAM player when he gets here. I really can't wait and hope this kid exceeds all expectations.
Really going to miss Junior Hemmingway. That kid made so many clutch catches for us the last two years. Mainly what he does after the catch. I love these seniors!

I live here in FW, such a great site seeing the kid after all that has happened. I can't even imagine what goes through his mind on a daily basis.
