I was on the fence until I saw the Hokepoint. Now there is no doubt. Looking forward to Chris Brown's article and also Johnny's for more Denard myth-making.
I actually like the design. It might not be a "real" throwback, but I think the jerseys look nice and seeing them does make me think about the history of the program... so they work for me.
I can see why other people might feel differently, but as long as it's just for one game, I wouldn't have a problem with the team wearing these.
because I support M, but that doesn't mean we have to pretend he's all that qualified to be the head coach. It's an objectively questionable hire that we all hope works out. And maybe it will. But this "clap louder" stuff just sounds like an attempt to silence opinions that you disagree with, even if you mean well.
Here's an analogy: imagine a basketball player who takes an ill-advised three pointer. If it goes in, does that mean it was a good idea to shoot? Of course not. But you're still happy if it does. So that's where I'm at right now, and I think many others probably feel the same way. BH's resume makes this a questionable hire no matter what and I'm skeptical that it will work out, but all I care about is that it does.
But you can support a coach without thinking it was a good idea to hire him. Maybe OP's point was that buying into Hoke requires an even greater leap of faith than usual.

DB put Hoke (and the recruits, too) in a bad position by waiting so long to make a decision
you are actually disagreeing with me.

Dunno about the "decade of THE_KNOWLEDGE," tho... I'm pretty sure Will Smith has the entire millennium spoken for.

This was a post about RR?
Just made me feel 10x better about Hoke. And 100x more confident that he lives in a van down by the river.
