I believe they came before I believe they came before the whole vampire craze, however, Twilight was published in 2005, while Vampire Weekend was formed in 2006. However, the name came from Ezra Koenig's (the lead singer) student film of the same name. The protagonist, Walcott, is on vacation when suddenly, vampires begin to take over the world. Walcott has to go to Cape Cod and tell the mayor about the vampires. In fact, they have a song called 'Walcott' on their first album and it explains the plot.

If someone took the greatest If someone took the greatest song ever written, a song that ends wars, inspires people to feed the hungry, etc. etc. and then mixed it with rap, it would just be a pile of shit. rap sucks...
This is way OT but I live in KY too and I have to deal with SEC fans all the time and it blows. So yeah, I feel your pain. That is all.
well, don't do that! you well, don't do that! you might not be awake enough to watch the game

I love Penn & Teller: I love Penn & Teller: Bullshit, mainly because I love Penn & Teller but they make really good points and show how a lot of stuff really is bullshit, my favorite episode is the one about PETA.

1. Born in Somerset, KY, 1. Born in Somerset, KY, raised in London, KY...yeah, you probably have no idea where that is. I lived in Oakwood (Dayton), OH from the time I was 10 til I was 14. 2. I was first ensnared by "The Michigan Difference", when I first started getting into football, around the age of 9. I knew that they had the most wins, a bunch of national championships and were always good. A long while after, looking into more of the history of the school and football team, the town's and school's political ideals, the level of education the school provides, I became a die-hard fan of not only the team but the school. The 2008 season only strengthened my love for the program more. 3. North Laurel '08.
15s rugby union was included in the 1900, '08, '20, and '24 olympic games, with America winning gold in the '20 and '24 games. I really wish they stopped including it...
Let's be a little more patient on making predictions for the season. Last season, very few (myself included) weren't predicting that we would have the abortion of a season we did. Look how that turned out. Maybe when fall camp starts for us and the teams on our schedule and we get a good idea of our and their strengths and weaknesses, then lets make a prediction. About the OP's prediction, improved QB play will help a lot and it may get us 3 or 4 more wins than last season. However, the defense and o-line are going to have to make as many strides as the QBs to get 9 or 10 wins. Special teams as well.
IME I don't think that last year even comes close to Michigan's worst season. In 1934, Michigan went a dismal 1-7, not just that but they were shut out 5 of the 8 games they played, scoring only 21 points all season (and you think we've had offensive struggles). In 1936, Michigan had the same record, however they were only shut out 3 games, scoring 33 points along the way. During the 3 seasons between '34 - '36, Michigan lost to Ohio State all 3 times by a combined score of 0 to 93. Harry Kipke was the coach during this time, who earlier had led Michigan to 2 National Titles. Also, Michigan football's most famous alumnus, Gerald Ford, was the center and linebacker during these years

Have you ever seen 'Amelie'? Have you ever seen 'Amelie'? That's a very quality French film. Also, I watched 'Ran' for the first time ever yesterday and I want to watch everything ever made by Akira Kurosawa, so I'm definitely going to have to pick up Seven Samurai

I could not be more excited I could not be more excited for this season. Unfortunately, I haven't bought NCAA Football yet, so I have nothing to occupy myself, Michigan Football-wise, except for news like this... Sept. 5th cannot get here fast enough!
actually, the sports are actually, the sports are completely different. there are so many different factors that they aren't even close. from player roles and skills to points to even how the game is played and even the small things like time and pace of the game. there are some similarities, but no, it's a completely different game...
Yeah! While we're at it, we can add wolverine claws on the shoulders of the maize jerseys as well!

You're right The hit wasn't late but it was helmet-to-helmet, however. Honestly, though, you can't blame the guy, what is he? 6'6" or 6'7"? Something like that. If he had put his head down a half inch, they would have less excuse to call it.

Rick Leach is my favorite Wolverine ever. He was so unlike any other quarterback at that time. He's the man.
That's right I thought that Shazor tapped it just enough in precisely the right spot to make it go through Burgess' hands. If Shazor had just let it go, Burgess would have blocked it...
Click Joe Daniels' Name It comes up that he recruited Pryor and a LB named Andrew Sweat. That means, yeah, it could be that TP is guilty, but maybe this Sweat fellow is the guilty one.

Incorrect Rugby is played a lot faster than football and, therefore, needs faster players. Bryan Habana (Wing for recent World Cup winners South Africa and 2007 IRB Player of the Year) had a confirmed 100 m time of 10.2 seconds (the same as Denard). Many of Habana's teammates on South Africa's national team have been clocked in at 10.7 or 10.8. Jonah Lomu (Wing for New Zealand from 1994-2005) is bigger than many backs and has a confirmed 10.8 second 100 m (not Denard fast, but still, fast). If you compared Michigan's football team to it's rugby team, you would probably find a huge speed differential (it's a club sport, anyone can join), but compare the football team to any southern hemisphere or some northern hemisphere's national U-21 squad, the national squad would probably win out in speed most of the time. p.s. Something that's always bugged me, people always want to compare forwards in rugby to linemen in football. That's not the case. Forwards are physically and athletically comparable to linebackers, except for Locks (they're more like basketball players). But yes, everyone on the rugby pitch has to be fast because everyone gets the ball.
Pay No Mind I thought of a rule change to football that wouldn't work...sorry about taking up space.
Not really A rugby pitch is 100 meters (100 m = 109.4 yards). Since a football field is 100 yd, we'll just round it up and it would pretty much be like adding another 5 yard line to either side of the 50 yard line. It is wider, however. A college football field is 53.3 yd, a rugby pitch is 68 m (68 m = 74.4 yd). You are right about turnovers, though. It's not much of a deal to turn the ball over in rugby. Still sucks, but it's not as big of an event, unless it happens at a critical time or close to the goal-line or something like that. It's closer to having a turnover in basketball.

Wings win tonight, Getzlaf Wings win tonight, Getzlaf looked sick, he didn't look injured, there will be a lot of people at Anaheim tonight, but they're going to be very disappointed. Also, I really wish this Brett Favre saga would end, it's like the Greg Paulus deal, "Is he coming? Is he not? Is he staying retired? Is he not?" Make up your mind so we can move on!
what about Shai-Hulud Taylor what about Shai-Hulud Taylor or Giedi Prime Danielson?
A.) Michigan Football isn't A.) Michigan Football isn't "Big Blue", it's just "Maize and Blue" B.) Other than Zoltan, I would pick someone on the D-Line, pretty thin there, and we need Will Campbell to take a year to get adjusted...so yeah, pray to whatever God that someone on the D-Line doesn't get hurt.
