Ok, second worst, for our level (3A). I played college baseball at a four year university and my assistant played 13 years of professional baseball (a couple stints in the big leagues). We've lost multiple games by 20 plus runs and it is tough for people to understand. Bottom line, these are kids, and regardless of their ability, they don't deserve to have the score rubbed in their faces, especially by a bunch of insensitive people who have no idea what it's like to be in their position. However I didn't think his system would attract the type of athletes or post players necessary to win B1G championships or make it to Final Fours. What is the likelihood we return to the final four? How many ladies are back next season? Seeing as how it has taken the program this long to get there the first time, it would seem extremely difficult to make it back so quickly. However, the first time you do something is always the hardest.
I've been a Michigan fan my whole life and have always lived in the Pacific Northwest. I've never known any other true Michigan fans. The responses of individuals on this blog are starting to make me feel ok about that fact. It seems like quite a few people (and its not just a select few) are really arrogant punks who seek out the opportunity to belittle people. This is almost unwatchable. You'd think Della Valle couldn't wait to sign with UM and actually get a chance to play for a "team" in a system like Beilein's. I haven't seen so many selfish plays in a half of basketball in my life. The coaches are greasy and this reminds me of an AAU game.
