First Experience

First experience at memorial stadium since I just moved to Bloomington. I hated it. The PA guy was annoying and the whole thing felt like a minor league baseball game. What really did it in for me was the EmojiCam. I'll admit that I'm a curmudgeon, but seriously. I contemplated going back to my apartment just because it felt so artificial. The fans were nice for the most part. Except for the asshole IU student behind me. He ended up puking though so it was all good.

If we were undefeated, we

If we were undefeated, we wouldn't have a head coach who couldn't see that his starting QB could barely walk.

Nussmeier

I was at the game and unfortunately had a pretty clear view. It looked like Nussmeier was telling him to get down so they would get the injury timeout and Shane seemed to wave them off. This was after the semi-collapse into the lineman's arms. Hoke, on the other hand, just seemed to stand there. He looked utterly confused.

What I don't understand was sending Morris in when Gardner's helmet came off. Right as Shane ran onto the field Bellomy ran up with his helmet but got sent away. Also, they had timeouts. How do you not take one.

Also, even if Shane waved them off, Hoke, as the head coach, should've said "too bad" and pulled him regardless. Unless Hoke was staring at the ground or maybe daydreaming, there is no way he didn't see Shane struggling to walk sine the entire stadium saw it.

Sodexo

I worked in a place that was run by Sodexo. They are the worst. Everyone is incompetent and in order to meet the "goals" they set they just let a bunch of people go and force the remaining employees to cover the slack. I dislike them intensely.

Going to see

Going to see The Avett Brothers at the Toledo Zoo in August

I believe

I believe what Hoke says after the 2-pt converstion part is "Throw up your rockfist if you're feelin it when I drop this".

Clearly

Buffalo is a juggernaut. It explains why Urbz kept going for two. He was getting ready for the hellfire that is Buffalo.

So many things.... How the O-line performs will be the first thing I look at. Obviously more so the interior. If they can't dominate CMU up front then I'll start to get nervous for ND. Next is the DL. I want to see QB pressure like crazy. More specifically I want to see Clark rise up to the hype he's been gathering. Finally I'll be watching for freshman contributors. Taco, Dymonte, and Green/Smith particularly. Also how much Devin has improved. And if Jehu can be a deep threat. And if they use Funchess properly. And how well Wilson does in the secondary. And if Fitz/Countess are truly back. SO MANY THINGS TO LOOK FOR. I will be in a comatose state all Saturday.
