Definitely not saying Kansas didn't dominate that game. I'm just making the point that as long as we can sort of stymie Withey and pull that matchup to more or less of a draw, then I like our chances.
I'm honestly not that worried about Kansas after seeing Withey play against a less physical UNC... so long as the McGary monster stays out of foul trouble, we should be able to sneak by without having to worry about the shenanigans that is the "Dome" effect. Also, nice Rounders reference at the end there. Vant a cookie?
Borges seems like he's a little more willing to open up the play book these next few weeks and in some instances where it may be necessary, pass to open up the run. That may be an area that we can take advantage of in the future because we are such a "run heavy" team as he says. Now whether or not we actually run well remains to be seen....
Yeah, but after spending my 4 years there without an OSU win and having to withstand the Rich-Rod era, it was a relief and well worth it because we hadn't had much to celebrate in years.
