Coaches' timeouts are worse. Basketball teams should get one, full stop.

|4 hours 53 min ago||Exactly.||
Plus, there is NO reason to be late to a 3:30 or night game. If you need more time than 10 to 2 to tailgate and "get drunk," you are doing it wrong anyways.
|6 hours 24 min ago||Definitely agree.||
I find most of their rankings laughable. They have a set "methodology," but a great deal of it is flawed. But as was stated earlier, it's not an exact science. Personally, I think learning the law is learning the law. The program is going to be as good as you make it.
|6 hours 44 min ago||Law rankings.||
I was looking at them today as a prospective law student (not looking at any Tier 1 schools), but it's incredible to me at how many schools "tie." There are essentially sixty+ "Top 50 schools." That for one could be a reason law schools get such a hard time from outsiders.
|16 hours 23 min ago||I wish.||
But the only scenario I could see them all coming back is if we lose our first tourney game. Stauskas would probably still leave, I'd assume. Hoping that we can at least get Mitch and GR3 back.
|1 day 3 hours ago||Great news.||
Let's face it: if Nik, GR3, and Mitch all leave, Chatman will have to play huge minutes right away. Would really be great to get GR3 and Mitch back. I don't see Stauskas coming back at all.
|1 day 13 hours ago||That's a tough slate.||
I would much rather have Wisconsin's walk in the park. Robert Morris, UMass, Creighton if no upsets occur. That's not a difficult road to the elite 8.
|1 day 16 hours ago||Everyone.||
Go do yourselves a favor and read some sections at the ole' RCMB. What I learned in five (5) minutes.
- The Big Ten hates Michigan State.
- The officiating is to blame for every loss this season. All their wins were well officiated.
- If officiating isn't to blame, then injuries are to blame and caused their ultimate demise.
- Michigan only won the conference because this is the weakest Big Ten in memory.
- Aaron Craft tackled Gary Harris four times and got away with it.
Of course, not a single person mentioned the one thing everyone else (outside of Dick Vitale) thinks: Michigan State just isn't very good at the game of basketball this season.

I would not to read to much into the "we have two of his former teammates" talk. Every school in America has a former teammate of his. It's a "school" strictly for football with virtual online classes. I'd venture to say all of them go D1.
|4 days 9 hours ago||No evidence.||
I have no evidence, nor have I studied it, but I would think being the first #3 seed would almost be better than being the fourth #2 seed. Wouldn't that generally keep you closer to home and give you a more favorable matchup vs a weaker #1?
|4 days 9 hours ago||Come on, weekend.||
1:53 PM CST here in Nashville. COME ON 4 PM!!! Think I will put off studying for the June LSAT for a night.
|4 days 9 hours ago||Geez.||
Not going to lie, nearly teared up once or twice reading all that. It's just crazy how things can happen sometimes. 10-22 season when he committed, stuck around, did everything the right way, and now being rewarded for it.
|1 week 1 day ago||Some improvements.||
1.) More night games.
|1 week 2 days ago||Eric Crouch.||
Crouch would've been great in Switzer's offense.
|1 week 2 days ago||Virginia?||
They got blown out by an average at best Tennessee team. I just think their is a lot of parody and not an elite team out there this year.
|1 week 3 days ago||Please. Please.||
Please, please someone post the Izzo presser immediately. I enjoy Spartan tears.
|1 week 4 days ago||That's just what everyone praises on Canteen.||
All the recruiting gurus and even the coaches have said he's lightning quick in and out of breaks and a magician of a route-runner. Now, if he can catch the ball... that's what we will find out in spring ball/fall camp.
|1 week 4 days ago||MICHIGAN BASKETBALL, SPRING FOOTBALL.||
And, and there is always a PARTY in NASHVILLE, TN!
|1 week 4 days ago||Agreed.||
But there is one issue with Norfleet: none of us have seen him run a route or catch a football thrown by a QB; whereas, we know that Canteen can run routes and catch the ball.
|1 week 4 days ago||EVERYONE IS COMING BACK.||
EVERYONE is coming back. I have that feeling.
PG - Walton, Spike
SG - LeVert,
SF - Stauskas
PF - GR3, Irvin
C - Mitch, Horford
Eight deep and add in Donnal coming off a redshirt. We are stacked in 2014-15.
2015-16 could get interesting if we lose Mitch, GR3, Stauskas and LeVert. Would definitely need Donnal, among others to step up by then.
|1 week 4 days ago||TE.||
TE is scary without Jake in the lineup. Hopefully Bunting and Heitzman can play big time snaps in September.

There ain't enough bourbon in all of Kentucky to consume what's going down this weekend.
|1 week 5 days ago||Nothing better than a Buckeye loss.||
I'd almost like to drink a few in celebration and just call out of work tomorrow. Well that would be my excuse at least.
|1 week 5 days ago||Florida State and back to back.||
Seminoles could have a tough road back if Florida is decent.
|1 week 5 days ago||We are fortunate.||
Could you guys imagine how good Purdue or Indiana would've been if they could have kept Irvin, GR3, McGary, Spike, and Garry Harris home? A huge reason why they are both underachieving and why M and M-State are atop the conference.
|1 week 5 days ago||Haha.||
Yes, we should "wait" for another four star...........which may never come after another disasterous season we could be set up for. That is called star gazing. Why in the world would we wait for another "4 star in 2015," when we could've went out and got a 3 star like Gaelin Elmore who could've served an immediate need this year.
I get it. No one knew Butt was going to get injured. That's exactly my point. If we had 5 other scholarship options on the team this year (which we should have filled), we wouldn't be freaking out as to whether we will have a TE in September that can catch and block adequately.
|1 week 5 days ago||Yes, but to defend him...||
Yes, but to defend him - beating a 5-7 Northwestern and what... a 2-10 UConn team is not something we should really brag about. Especially since we beat both in miracoulous fashion late in the game.
|1 week 5 days ago||No, I totally agree, Magnus.||
I think Heitzman is a better player as well; I just haven't seen him play TE at all so the fact that he may be starting in September is concerning. I just wanted to know why you were higher on him as a TE than a kid who played meaningful snaps at the position a year ago.
I haven't seen Heitzman's HS film, so he may have been a solid HS TE. I just hope he can be adequate until we get J.B. back.
|1 week 5 days ago||Question.||
You think Heitzman is a "better player," or a "better TE?" We've seen one five second clip of Heitzman catching a pass in shorts.
|1 week 5 days ago||You say that now...||
You say that now, but will you be saying that in the September when A.J. Williams is our best receiving TE? Banking scholarships is pointless when you are trying to compete nationally with teams that have 95 guys on their roster right now.
I've said it before and I'll say it again: while roster manipulation is not "right," and I don't approve of it; it's not enforced by the NCAA and teams that "bank scholarships" will not compete for championships.
This would put us at what - 80 or 81 scholarship guys? 5 players are a big deal when it gets to November - a place we haven't exactly been great as of late.
|1 week 6 days ago||What a game.||
GR3 is like Denard to me. Such a likable guy. Down to earth. Makes bad teams look really bad but disappears sometimes against the good teams. He was all there tonight. Really happy for him.
