The area around Campus Martius is all blocked off so it won't be possible to park real close. Our office is in the blocked off area and I think most people are working remote this week. I have heard recommendations to come down in the morning if you are planning to drive. I think it would make sense to park far away and be prepared to walk. Not sure whether the Q-Line is an option.
They can do the noon game. West coast people are used to football on TV in the morning. The question is what happens when we go out there. 9:00 p.m. Pacific time exclusively on Peacock.
We were at the softball game last night. It was so cold and windy even with winter coats and blankets. We were glad to back to the car and turn the heat on. Kudos to those braving the elements this afternoon.
I'm not a fun of the black but I wasn't a fan of the black either. I like what Michigan has done in recent years and mixing up color rather than resorting to alt unis.
I just watched it this morning. It was broadcast this past Sunday. There is supposed to be a 30 for 30 documentary about it that has not come out yet. Worth watching.
Mike Legg was a Yost a few years ago (probably before COVID - I just looked it up it was 2016 how time flies) to celebrate the anniversary of the championship and he did the Michigan through the Score-O while shooting it from the opposite goal line. Quite impressive.
I wish Bill Muckalt the best at Lindenwood. The job there is a challenge for the best. There are a lot of people who follow the program who thought Muckalt should have been given the job over Naurato. I thought of Naurato having the higher ceiling and Muckalt the higher floor but I am not close enough to the program to know who was the better choice. I knew Muckalt would gone after the 2022-23 season because you could see the lack of chemistry between the two of them on the bench.
Time to start coping. From fourth place in the B1G to Frozen Four is good. To get to this point we sent home two teams that were supposed to beat us. One of them was FYS. We got beat by a better team.
That a huge loss for the team. I wonder the reason. I can surmise but I don't think it is fair to her for me to speculate about this on the board without any knowledge.
We drove past Toledo to Fremont to get closer to the center line of the path. We had 3:38 of totality. The traffic was awful going through Monroe County and the northern part of Toledo. Once we got on the 280 there was no traffic to Fremont. Coming home was worse - bad traffic from the Maumee River to 275. We used Waze and were put on some strange routes but we could see why they were recommended. You did not want to be at a stop sign where the cross traffic did not need to stop. I thought the coolest part was when everything went dark wearing the eclipse glasses and we took them off to see the total eclipse with the corona around it. We also saw Venus and Jupiter in the sky.
I'm hoping to see what is on the screen of my TV. I took a morning flight this morning and did the road trip today to Ohio to see the total eclipse and I am falling asleep in the chair.
We were coming back from a trip and drove from DTW to Fremont Ohio. The traffic getting to Toledo was something else - worse than football but not as bad as Woodstock. We used the Waze and it took us on dirt roads and neighborhood streets. Once we got to Ohio there wasn't any traffic. We watched from the town. There was 3:38 of totality - About 15 seconds less than the centerline but about twice as much as Toledo. We got there just as the partial eclipse was starting and about an hour before it was total.
It was definitely worth the trip. We used the glasses when it was partial. I had seen that before. We knew it was total when we could see nothing through the glasses. We could then take them off and see the corona around the blocked sun. We could also see Venus and Jupiter in the sky. It could off a bit and kind of felt like a storm was coming but it wasn't as dark as it is at nighttime.
We waited an hour before going home but the traffic in Toledo and Monroe was bad. Glad to be home watching the game.

Chag Sameach!!
They are both tied to a full moon so Easter either comes right after Passover or they are a month apart.
The Florida folks can come for a night game in November

1 pm was the best. Sleep in. Eat a late breakfast/early lunch. Go to the game. Take a nap. Dinner. Maybe an hour of studying. Party.
Right idea. Wrong opponent. Texas game at Noon September 7 on Fox.
Probably something stupid like that Fox will broadcast the OSU game at noon.

Pippen was Jordan's Greg Kelser. If he wasn't there, then there would have been another first mate.
It will be weird to cheer for a Pippen but if the Bulls fans could cheer for the Worm then anything is possible.

Interesting. I wish Tarris the best there.
It also showed that 2021 wasn't a fluke and it was the one that really got into the head of the Bucknuts.

Apologies for the source of the link.
I’m glad no one is hurt.
Welcome back Rutger
Not planning on going. Going to softball on Friday night.
I enjoy watching but I don't really care who wins this year.

The M-Den just had a flash sale with some good bargains. I didn't need anything but I usually wait for a sale.
Otherwise you are just the old guy reminiscing about getting polo shirts for a nickel back in your day.
If it is any consolation, buying food so you can fit in your current clothes wouldn't be any cheaper.
Sounds like Brett Favre on ice
I guess I'm going out for dinner Saturday night. I told my wife I wasn't going if we won tonight.
It would be like going full Izzo down 20 points. Pulling Barzo wasn't going to make it better.
It will be awesome next week but not tonight.

I thought we had a chance tonight. Oh well.
Fuckity Fuck
Guy wanted to say something good about us and ESPN cut him into a commercial. He will get a talking to.
One unshining moment. The rest looked good.
Fuck
Right through his legs. Just like Meijer Score-O
Just like the North Dakota game - Had to wait for the start.
I hope he stays. That team you saw was a poorly coached mess. I wouldn't take anything from last season.
If they are B1G refs then we are spared.
Overtime of course
What I saw last year was enough.
What can I say about OJ?
I hope this is the beginning of more good things to come.
I don't think this is off topic but I don't really care and I think I am posting on the thread only because the alternative is to go back to work.
Wouldn't the coach be Kevin Fisher? Or would they would hyphenate and be Borseth-Fishers?
Wishing Yo Yo the best at BGSU. I was stuck in Ohio yesterday. The traffic was awful getting back into Michigan.

When the plane lands early and you send up sitting there waiting for a gate.
When the airline knows that the plane is late and they refuse to tell you.

In 2099 on my birthday. I'll be 137.
If you're old enough it's Meijer's Thrifty Acres
I was unsuccessful but woke up to see the last two minues.

I thought they were talking to Keith Jackson.
