I came over to the board from twitter to express this same sentiment. Harbaugh—he of the compact 12 TE formations—swapping ideas with Briles and his spread-to-the-max concepts is yet another instance of Harbaugh showing elite leadership.

I did not attend UofM, but as someone with a business degree and MBA I second this thought.
