|15 weeks 6 days ago||Made this last night!||
This was a big hit last night. It was frickin delicious, and pretty simple. My guests dont like mushrooms, so I stuffed it with caramelized onions, jalapeños, and garlic. Rubbed the meat with ancho chile powder, cumin and coriander. So awesome!

They were gone in about 2 minutes. So delicious!
|18 weeks 8 hours ago||Wow!||
I've started braising short ribs (pumpkin beer was a giant hit!) but hadn't considered smoking them. Something to get on this weekend. Thanks!

The only thing that would make this thread better is if the title contained significantly more capital letters.

Thank you. Also, soaking wood chips before smoking is similarly silly.
|19 weeks 7 hours ago||Yum!||
My local butcher has tri-tip every day. I've now smoked it twice in the last month and Oh man is it delicious. My rub for most beef is simply SPOG (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder) and then for tri-tip I make a fast balsamic vinegar reduction. The sweet glaze cuts through the smoke perfectly.

Continue to post these, I love your quotes and that I can get most of it without heading somewhere else.

An amazing keyboard that learns from your texting, they have a trial version so you can try it out. I've had it for years and recommend it to anyone with an Android phone.

Peppers is also significantly larger both in height and weight and should theoretically be able to break more tackles. Can I show you a few of his highlights?

My coworkers think I'm crazy thanks to this
|25 weeks 1 day ago||Picture angle||
If you look carefully, the picture is taken at a funny angle. He's actually grown 7 feet taller, the backboard is much closer than it looks. Kinda like that Tyranosaurus in Jurrasic Park.
|25 weeks 4 days ago||Awesome||
My buddy was stationed there for several years on and off.
|26 weeks 1 day ago||Excellent books!||
So I read Killer Angels before visiting Gettysburg, it was amazing seeing the battlefield and bringing the unfortunately very real characters and landscape to life. The other two books in the series are also excellent, though Killer Angels was my favorite and is viewed by most as the best of the series. His son did an excellent job continuing the books, and I'd highly recommend finishing the series. Chamberlain's life is absolutely remarkable, I learned so much from the books. Now I want to read them again!

|26 weeks 3 days ago||I'm pumped!||
I'm pumped every year about Michigan Football. I guess I'm just a bit more cautious in my pumpedness this year simply because our O-line was so god awful last year.

This is a great idea!

Not really weird, but Leland is a great place for familes, there is a great harbor and a waterfall. Fishtown is an awesome historical place with cool shops, fudge, ice cream, and the best smoked fish. And Leland beach is gorgeous! They just dredged the harbor and now there are some awesome sand bars off the shore that make for great kid swimming. Oh and the Sleeping Bear Dunes are about 30 minutes south.

So I hope I'm not the only book reader who's scratching my head and thinking really hard about what or who is LSH.
