1 day 2 hours ago	There are a lot of companies	I'd avoid the ones that deal with a lot of undergrad housing (ie Dan's houses...maybe a good way to check against that would be to google the landlord before you rent). Since you're looking from out of town...I'd start with a zillow check or something: http://www.zillow.com/homes/for_rent/Ann-Arbor-Township-MI-48104/78976_r... Some of the houses will be a little run-down, but you can make them very liveable and they are all quaint and it's a young vibrant area.
1 day 2 hours ago	My 2 cents:	Find a rental place around Catherine or Lawrence. It is away from the undergrads, and closer to the real-people bar scene and all the great restaurants. There are extremely affordable duplexes, and it should never be too noisy. If you have a lotta moola, they are building new apartments right around Ashley and Washington. Perfect location IMO. Right next to the Y, right on top of some of my favorite restaurants, and right off of a side street that takes you away from downtown but avoids Main Street.

2 weeks 3 days ago	After next season	We will probably have at least two players leave (gr3 and mcgary), lose Morgan, and potentially have Irvin and/or Walton leave. I'm not saying 2015 will be a make or break year, but I do think it will be a great indicator of whether or not we've put ourselves on the path to sustained dominance that msu and the like have built.

For instance, imagine if we had recruited and gotten Fisher...do you think he would have been an all star on Michigan and be in position to be the #1 pick?

3 weeks 2 days ago	my only question	is who cares what the public thinks about GA when it isn't directly affecting them? I could see the attendance problem being a "big deal" if one of the following conditions were true: 1) We are losing our homefield advantage. 2) It is negatively affecting the in-game experience of recruits who come to see a game at the Big House, or the negative image is making recruits wary of coming. 3) We lose the 100k attendance streak. Now, until the Mathlete shows me that we are doing wayyy worse on opening drives compared to schools that don't have early-game attendance issues (standardized for opponents and team efficiency stats), I'm gonna assume 1 isn't happening because we are undefeated at home over the last two seasons. Again, unless someone shows recruiting is being affected, I'm gonna go ahead and assume it's not given our recent drastic recruiting improvements. And the attendance streak isn't affected by on-time arrivals, it's determined by how many people show up whenever they want to. ---------- In conclusion, here is my point:  everybody is lambasting these "entitled" current students for whining about GA, when in reality the only issue is that alums and fans--many of whom cannot relate one iota to current students--are whining over the fact that when they watch michigan football on their tv's at home, the stadium isn't full because students are doing whatever the hell they want to do.
