|5 days 2 hours ago||Mike Leach...||
gives no shits and loves to troll media morons.
|5 days 2 hours ago||Been there||
That upper deck has an ok veiw but the ramp getting up and down from there is just stupid. It's easily the worst walk as a sports fan I've made. The rest of the stadium is old and the non-crazy fans will openly admit it. I sat in the north endzone last year and it's messes with your mind that the rest of the stadium and that section are actually part of the same place.
|5 days 2 hours ago||Agreed||
A buddy and I went a few years ago and came away with the same opinon. It's like W. Layfayette high school donated their old bleachers for their visitor section. When I told the guys at our tailgate they laughed since my experience in 2010 was similar to theirs... in the 1980's.
|1 week 5 hours ago||Thats ESPN||
Thats pretty much how ESPN handles everything. It's the only reason why First Take is still on the air.
|1 week 10 hours ago||Don't care||
As a Michigan fan I don't give a shit on how other teams handle issues like this. I care about how Michigan handles their own business. It's not like this issue made anyone here change their mind regarding MSU.
|4 weeks 6 days ago||Bleacher Report||
Don't worry about the source. They've gotten a lot better over the past couple of years and I love their Team Stream app.
|4 weeks 6 days ago||This should happen more||
The media morons are comical and rarely offer anything other than the same generic questions three different ways, ask subjects they know the coach won't touch (ex. injuries) or in the case of "shock jock" sports shows (ex. Cowherd, Mike Valenti) just make noise. More coaches should go the route of Harbaugh today, Popovich at the half or Dantonios "next question" because many of the reporters deserve it.

There are articles about these rings and it said MSU puts the score of their second biggest win (after the bowl game) on their bowl rings. Their Rose Bowl ring celebrates the win over Ohio State in the B1G championship. Ohio State also does this and has the score of the Michigan v. OSU game from the 2008 season on their conference championship rings. I don't really read that much into it.

This whole Nike/Addias thing is beyond stupid. I hope Michigan wears friggn' Russell or Skechers just to screw with some of the zealots.
|9 weeks 6 hours ago||Harbaugh||
Where does he fit in based on your criteria of "class act" with some of his on field conduct?
|9 weeks 7 hours ago||"fans"||
Many fans have a difficult time with the fact the coaches of rival schools usually get along just fine. They have the best idea of what the other coach is going through with their own fans and rival fans spracking off.
|9 weeks 6 days ago||Recruiting||
That's an easy one to get around since Michigan will be wearing Nike all the recruits in the country will want to play for Michigan! Nike solves all the ills of the football team and that extends to all other sports too! Because Nike!
|11 weeks 4 days ago||Agreed plus||
They also were without a top flight forward. You could argue the merits of Franzen but regardless of that his contract is equal to many very good players and in the salary cap era that was a hit too. Also they were out another high priced player in Weiss simply because he just doesn't seem to fit anywhere. The Wings have about $9 million tied up in those two players that combined played just two games in the playoffs (both Weiss of course) so if you could substitute them for at least one really good player it couldhave been a different story.
It's all hypotheticals but I've thought about it since game 5.
|12 weeks 3 days ago||Sorry||
I think we hear way too much about of a 26 year old, first year year postion coach who was hired on pure nepotisim. I cannot think of any other position coach that has ever garnered so much attention.
|14 weeks 4 days ago||haha!||
AZ is pretty much Oregon south in the Pac12 with 3 helmets, 3 jerseys and 3 sets of pants. RR also had the yellow jerseys are WV.
|14 weeks 4 days ago||100% Correct||
I've read recently that Dantonio had direct talks with Nike about getting the green pants they first wore against Michigan for 2013 game in EL. Maybe Brady was indifferent (likely) or Brandon has more choices in uniform design (also likely).
|14 weeks 5 days ago||We get it||
The license plate thing bothers you immensely. We know because you cannot shut up about it as if it's a legitimate problem under any circumstance.
|14 weeks 6 days ago||Yup||
This happens when kids commit when they're juniors and sophmores.
|15 weeks 3 days ago||That's tough||
Both were at football games. In 2005 a group of Michigan students were hurling half full Absopure water bottles as well as batteries at the Notre Dame visitors section. For whatever reason the visitors were seated right next to the students in the north endzone, the following year they were not.
The other was a Michigan and MSU fan having sex in the back of a Ford Edge on AA Golf and Outing. Techincally that wasn't at the game though since it was before so...
|15 weeks 5 days ago||Thats my thinking too||
This is pretty weak in my veiw. College pranks are fine as long as they are relevant. Painting the spartan or diag the week of the Michigan and MSU in football or before a big basketball game is a lot different than in the middle of April.
|16 weeks 4 days ago||Toronto has $||
But that seems their best selling point since they might be headed to a full rebuild. I think Dion Phanuef has better chance of being a Red Wing than Babcock uprooting himself to Toronto. He and his family are pretty ingrained in the Plymouth/Northville community so it would have to be an unreal offer to get him to bolt.
|17 weeks 3 days ago||I saw it||
With the hand over the tip of the ball instead of the laces. It was interesting to see.
|17 weeks 4 days ago||Yes||
Both were provided by dealers. Each truck had a dealer plate on the back so they were likely demos. I wouldn't be shocked if Harbuaghs F-150 has a dealer plate on it as well.
|17 weeks 4 days ago||Poor Gerg||
Greg Robinson had a red Dodge Journey when he was here.
|17 weeks 4 days ago||Dearborn||
Right now all F-150's are built in Dearborn until the other plant comes on-line in Kansas City. Only the HD Sierras and Silverados are built in Flint with the 1500's built in Ft. Wayne and Silao Mexico.
|18 weeks 6 days ago||Same here||
There seems to be more of a M-Live element as well where many rational discussions are eschewed or ridiculed. I pretty much stick to the front page now a days and leave the board alone.
|19 weeks 3 days ago||Block M||
I'm out on the football things from the 80's but I would fine with maize block M's for football acheviments on the blue part of the helmet and blue block M's for acedemic acheivments. It's a rip off of Georgia and their bones but I don't like the big helmet stickers on the Michigan helmet. If you have a helmet like Ohio State, FSU or even MSU it's one thing but the Michigan helmet already is more complex than most.
|19 weeks 3 days ago||God Bless Hunwick||
I miss that kid. Not shitting on the current goalies but that kid was a warrior every night and I think gave the d-men in front of him the confidence to cheat up a bit.
|19 weeks 6 days ago||Cut blocks||
I think that is something that needs to be banned from use with O-linemen. In the open field it's a little different like with RB blocking for a QB but on the line its awful.
|19 weeks 6 days ago||What a tool||
There are a number of real issues in regards to safety but up tempo offenses isn't one. I would say the length of the season is more of a threat than no huddle, up tempo schemes with both Ohio State and Oregon playing 15 games.
As mentioned before, what about his scheme using massive linemen? How about sending your starting RB into the teeth of a defense 20 times per game, taking hits everytime? If he gets concerned about his players safety then use a time out. You get 6 per game Bret, use them.
Adapt or die.
