There's a strong possibility the Giants would take him at 6 if he's still available. They're skittish because they took Jones at 6 but that GM is long gone and they apparently are impressed with JJ.
The single most damning thing is probably the complete and total absence of any alternative suspect. They never produced one reasonable shred of evidence pointing to someone else.
He probably never should have been at Michigan. I know it's a business but to have it work at Michigan you have to be into school on some kind of serious level. You can't be worrying about academic suspensions and constant transfers.
Always great to be a Wolverine, but especially now.
One interesting thing about not being in any postseason tournament - complete lack of stress watching. But let's get a coach so this doesn't become a habit.
The decision has to be made immediately after the final game, as in this week.
If he lets Howard return and next year starts off looking like this year Manuel will have a disaster on his hands with no good options. It has to be now.
Five months ago I fell on stairs - broke one ankle and tore a ligament in the other. I hobbled around for a few days before going to the doc. I was surprised to learn about the break as I was walking, but it was the fibula - smaller, less weight bearing bone. The broken side has completely healed. The one with the ligament has a lingering issue - actually going for a follow-up this week.
Overall, not fun. I did discover that airport wheelchairs are a great service.

The "apology" was all about him. Some people are just never going to get it
Talk about projection. The ones with "sheep syndrome" are the idiots writing this stuff
Great, then he posts a stupid, long-winded apology. It's all about him
This goes to one reason the Giants might draft him. They can bail on the Jones contract after this year so JJ could sit and wait that out.

Yes those select few from the 90s-00s did great. Not so much later on, especially since streaming killed the rerun revenue for actors
Sitcom actors are different because they are probably bringing in less revenue than major college athletes.
He gets to skip the creepy bro-hug with the commissioner
I don't see the big issue. If he stays, fine. If not he leaves

His greatest life accomplishment may have been avoiding dying in prison
Wow, Bob Cousy...nice bonus
Wouldn't be surprised if she ends up at UConn. They'll be very good, but also have PT available.
Pass...Michigan has multiple better options
I'm rooting for them but I don't think they have much chance. Painter has always been an okay guy

Do you have data to back this up?
Dusty May might disagree
This would make for a heck of a start. I'm sure it's in the works

nothing surprises
Maybe they figure if they look at the word enough it will somehow become reality
This could be very interesting, with more talent on the way for next year
What motivation could Shaka Smart possibly have to leave Marquette for Michigan? Basketball is everything at these major non-football schools.
He either recruited/coached Mike Smith at Columbia or they just missed by a year
On to next year. Yay football!
Edit: And now yay basketball!
This article actually seems to be pretty reasonable and fair
Well, if he was being honest, yeah
Not making the tournament last year with two NBA draft picks plus Dickinson is a complete dud
Your heroic efforts are appreciated
so fitting that it's on Peacock

Saw part of the 2nd half - could have written the script

Let's do it!
Also, basketball is mercifully almost over!
SI has a mock draft up now showing JJ going 5th to Minn after a trade, so I guess they're on board

Someone in your home state just totally kicked ass...why not celebrate The Ohio contingent I'm sure will love it.
For coaches I'd put Steve Fisher ahead of Frieder
time for a hard reset
5 stars expect to play right away and that isn't likely at Michigan as of now

Okay, to me that doesn't make him a bust, He's an injury casualty
pure lazy...thanks for the heads up...doesn't deserve a click
I didn't realize Devin Bush was that much of a bust. I thought he was playing pretty well, at least at first.
