Go pick up Kenneth Dixon. He's on Ravens and has been hurt. But there has been alot of talk about him becoming the starter midseason once he recovers.

I think Thomas but only because Delano is hurt and not going to play. Think Yeldon because ivory is out

I would ho with Floyd...buffalo was torched by the Jets. Feel the same happens by Cards and Floyd is overdue.

Gets you everything you need and works great. Almost perfect for sports fans - all major networks, FS channels and BTN and SEC network.

Doesnt seem all that troubling.

Brian Snow at Scout said he wasnt in any rush to move him into Scout's top 100. That's not a great sign.

I agree with the posters above that say Robinson is a better shooter and potentially a better scorer - in a vacuum. However, basketball isn't played in a vacuum. It feels to me like the issue is that Robinson is not athletic enough to get open against high caliber players . As a result, he struggles to get open / get off shots. Both are liabilities defensively, which is frustrating, but I worry that teams have figured out that Robinson isnt athletic enough / skilled enough yet to beat you off the bounce and so he can now be contained. Guy has been relatively silent for a month or so. Because of that - I go with Dawkins

Makes the draft so much more skill than luck - you can have any player you want. We use a $100 fixed budget for the auction (some leagues use $200). You have to have at least $1 last for your last spot.
Also, we use a blind bidding for waivers - no cue. $1000 fictitious dollars for bidding on players each week. Bids due by Wednesday night. First come first served opens Thursday at noon. We also charge $5 per waiver move.
Also, we have a bifurcated pool and scoring. Traditional 13 weeks and then tournament for half the pot. the other half is based on a season long Vic Points system - 2 points for a win each week and then the top scorer each week gets 2 points, second highest 1.8 points, third highest 1.6 points, etc. That running total for a 16 week season gets the other half of the pot. We pay first and second prize in both (including portion of waiver pot).
Great dynamics in the pool.

Find it odd that he one of the mods, but lives on West coast, rarely makes events in AA and doesn't attend many camps. Most of the info starting coming from third party sources or Sam. Sam rocks of course.

I am in an elimination bracket - you must pick a winner each DAY and can only use each team once. So, only worried about moving on each day - and, yes, I appreciate that I am unlikely to win, but that's why its called gambling.

So much more strategy, more involvement and, importantly, ever so much more fair. Serpentine drafts are not fair and actually rather routine. the problem is that given the crazy amount of FF information, the tops of drafts across leagues look almost identical. the result is that, say, the 3rd pick in every league ends up winning it because they took players x, y and Z in the draft (right down the list). Saw it several times before we switched to auction - I would never go back.
Use $100 in fictional draft dollars and you need to have $1 for your last roster spot on draft day. I promise it takes about as long as a regular draft. Best to find an outside other friend to auctioneer.

We are at about a 5% chance each for Fournette and JuJu. If I were to guess:
Surprise (maybe the Hawaiian)

is simply horrific. I like the shockers here. I watched PITT two or three times this year - so sloppy. They can't be trusted one bit.
|3 years 49 weeks ago||I said this a couple months back....||
GRIII does not know how to block out - McGary is better, but also not great. GRIII has skyed (sp?) over kids his whole life and never had to learn. Enter awful rebounding against men not boys.
|4 years 2 weeks ago||Issue with the Above - McGary||
McGary, love him and his energy. However, he doesn't block out for $hit. I would say 10 of ohios points in the late second half were instances where he and/or GR3 had clear position, but didn't block anyone out and so someone behind them grabbed the offensive rebound, often a fellow big. That is probably why he keeps getting pulled, he is relying too much on athleticism and not enough on fundamentals. Good god I would scream in his ear every five minutes. If someone has those Orebs by ohio isolated, you will see it repeatedly.

One of the worst shows ever put on television. Is your wife making you watch that instead of the super bowl? Deposit your man card please.

I hope to God this never happens. I can't think of something more stupid said by anyone. Ever.
|4 years 25 weeks ago||And little misleading||
By counting our freshmen in the two deep (Kalis, mags? Ross?) you are inflating our numbers with players who likely aren't ready for prime time. A four star Jr is much different than a four star frosh.

I also heard that the wind is now blowing out of the Southeast in Alabama. That has about as much influence on Kozan.

Breakfast shmeakfast. Breakfasts come and go Renee, but Hartford? The Whale? They beat Vancouver once maybe twice in a life time.
|5 years 19 weeks ago||Well,||
I cuss. Alot. Especially over the past three years. That is just the way it goes. That is why I am on the lookout for either a (i) Michigan fan or (ii) some other major college program lady. She will understand. I think.
I still recall my Father screaming his head off at the screen when either MI scored or screwed up. My mom was generally elsewhere.
I don't plan to change. Maybe that's why there is no lady. ;)

And you think that something else is more reasonable. On the one hand, we have a radio guy, program connected, been in the recruiting game for many years. On the other hand, we have an mgoblog member since early 2011 who thinks that another outcome is more reasonable. Makes sense.
|5 years 22 weeks ago||The point||
Is that he runs worse, passes worse and turns over more out of the I. Not sure that the old I formation is some big secret that defenses cant crack given that 80% of teams run it and we cant do squat out of it. So, if I were an opposing coordinator I would be pleading for more I form.
|5 years 22 weeks ago||One issue with your conclusion||
Is that you believe that something 'bad' wil happen on the possessions that ended in turnovers. That is impossible to conclude and, highly dubious, given the improvements that the D made in the other areas. I don't think you can make any conclusions otherwise.
|5 years 22 weeks ago||Unfortunately||
though, there were many, many drops and many bad throws. it could easily have been much worse. Against a better team, I cringe. overall a very good day and big improvement. long way to go.
