| 2 weeks 5 days ago | If you think that our program |
If you think that our program is squeaky clean then you probably are an idealist. Not saying that our program is an SEC level cheating machine, but I'm sure we have a skeleton in the closet just like every other major college football program out there. |
| 2 weeks 5 days ago | What to do during bye |
What to do during bye weeks? Bitch about bye weeks probably. God. Worst weeks ever. Maybe pull out some old records, give them a whir. |

Will be picking this up as soon as possible. Go Blue and beat 'Cuse. |
| 7 weeks 4 days ago | Makes you think |
Makes you think about how on any given moment, any player in any sport can be crippled or almost crippled for life. Forget about basketball for now, lets hope he can walk again. |
| 7 weeks 4 days ago | T-Shirts |
I hope they put those t-shirts that the guys were wearing for sale. Gotta get one so I can have a companion to my Pour Some Sugar On Me shirt from two y ears ago. |
| 7 weeks 4 days ago | CBS |
F you CBS. I don't care for any opinions of your commentators. I want to see the best Michigan Basketball team of the last twenty years to cut down the damn nets. |
| 7 weeks 6 days ago | Picture yourself... |
Picture yourself in the sweet sixteen down 3 points with 5 seconds left. Somebody takes a shot, you answer quite slowly #3 with a keleidescope shot. Elite Eight in the Sky with Diamonds MOFOS! |

Haha... Don't be back talking Chuck. That's just TURRIBLE. |
| 8 weeks 4 days ago | Listen... That noise you hear |
Listen... That noise you hear is the collective sighs of relief by everyone who had Indiana in the NCAA final. Mine as well. |
| 8 weeks 5 days ago | If today's game was any |
If today's game was any indication, number 52 will not see any serious minutes for the rest of the year. A shame, but with McGary we have a player with just too much talent to not be out there for around 70% of the game. |
| 8 weeks 5 days ago | Marquette |
I would be pretty screwed if Marquette does not pull it out. I had them going to the Elite Eight.
|
| 8 weeks 5 days ago | Oregon and Marquette |
Really pulling for Oregon and Marquette right know. Would give me 6 of the Sweet sixteen picks correct. |
| 11 weeks 3 days ago | Vintage |
I've gotten some really awesome vintage M gear off of Ebay. I have one of the cool knit hats the alumni wear (the cap with the knit ball on the top) and a 1998 RoseBowl champions sweater. I was looking and still looking for any Orange Bowl memorabilia. That would kick ass. |
| 14 weeks 1 day ago | Makes you wonder |
Makes you wonder what happened that made him have such an about-face. Recruiting at the BCS level is just so corrupt and crooked that nothing really should be out of the question anymore. |
| 14 weeks 1 day ago | Understood |
I understand that, but it's not like this is the most important decision he will make in his life up to this point. If you were still undecided... why decide in the first place. Just strange. |
| 14 weeks 1 day ago | Don't get it |
I just don't get it with this kid. My head hurts. I guess if he picks Michigan it will all be worth it. |
| 14 weeks 1 day ago | Just plain strange |
Just plain strange. Is this what recruiting is coming to. If you were going to decommit so quickly... WHY DID YOU COMMIT IN THE FIRST PLACE? Although... This couldn't have happened to a classier program /s Let's hope he picks the guys in Maize and Blue and keeps that commitment. |
| 14 weeks 5 days ago | Maybe |
Maybe you are all being a little hard on him? He got solid playing time on a solid defensive unit. That alone should give him credit for being a solid player as a TRUE FRESHMAN. This kid is only going to improve. Perhaps we should have a thread on the real suprise from the 2012 class: Ojemudia who had more playing time despite needing more size and technique. We really are spoiled with that 2012 class... So much talent. Can't wait to see how the 2013 guys play, but overall, we can tell that the 2012 class will be solid/significant contributors for another 3 years. |
| 16 weeks 1 day ago | ... |
I'm sorry having a differing opinion than you makes me a Sparty. I've been a Michigan fan since the fourth grade, so I am not going to argue with that. Honestly I hope I am wrong, but I just do not think Morris is going to be as good as Gardner is and will be. |
| 16 weeks 1 day ago | I am not a big fan |
I am not a big fan of this approach if it is indeed true. I think we should have taken a second QB in the 2013 class (I am not sold on Morris being the long term answer), this means that we should take 2 in 2014 and possibly 2015. Assuming Gardner doesn't get the redshirt for 2014 this is our depth chart: RS JR Bellomy RS(?) FR Morris
Not very ideal, but I guess thats why they pay the coaches the big bucks. |
| 17 weeks 6 days ago | Word. |
The only way this could be better for Michigan fans who hate ND is if it turns out that it was Braxton Miller posing as Lennay Kekua and then Miller and Te'o get into an epic fist fight of the ages only to be simultaneously destroyed by Bo Schembechler riding on a Wolverine while Brady Hoke screams TREMENDOUS. |
| 18 weeks 7 hours ago | What's amazing |
What's amazing to me is how this is the sidestory in the sport's world right now. With the Teo scandal/what-the-hell-is-going-on-here-ordeal I just would never have guessed that this sack of shit and his one testicle could admit to cheating for all these years and it would be second place in terms of shock value in sports today. Either way, glad to see him fall, when a story is too good to be true, it's most likely too good to be true. P.S. --- I hope his charity changes its name. |
| 24 weeks 1 day ago | Slick |
Those are just slick. For all the 'traditionalists' I hope we get a uniform that cool in the near future. P.S: The ones we wore against Bama were also pretty sweet. |
| 24 weeks 3 days ago | Shame |
Just a shame he never reached his potential as a monster athlete. Great guy none the less based of his interviews. |
| 24 weeks 3 days ago | Matter of perspective |
I personally think that Teo is what the Heisman should be about. An extremely talented Senior leader leading his team. Woodson was great, but he was on a Defense with so much talent that it did not rest on his shoulders alone to carry the team. And I brought the "I am not an ND fan" thing up because I just don't want people on this blog to think I am a ND troll. PS: I totally respect what you are saying. I am not trying to knock it down, just saying my own opinion. |
| 24 weeks 3 days ago | Don't want to start any flaming |
But you should have understood what I was meaning. Teo has the leadership skills AND the athletic superiority that few can claim to have. If you think I am an ND fan, I am not. I just think if ever there was a second Defensive player to win the Heisman, it should be Teo. |
| 24 weeks 3 days ago | Michigan fan |
I have been a Michigan fan since I was in 4th grade. I was a Freshman in high school in 2008. My two lasting memories of that year were the Wisconsin comeback and the Ohio State game. I remember Michigan men, the players, fighting with their own coaches. There was never any doubt in my mind since then, that Rich Rodriguez never was going to be the answer. It was a devastating day. I grew up being told by my dad that Lloyd Carr was a great man, and to this day I remember the players carrying Lloyd off the sideline after the Capital One Bowl. To tell me I am less of a Michigan fan than you are because I was not a fan of a coach that lost his team numerous times is sad. I am a Michigan fan, but not a fan that follows blind faith. If I ruffle some MGOBLOG feathers, sorry. I love this team, I will not forgive Rich Rodriguez for turning something that I loved into a joke, a punchline in the sports world. That's all I have to say in response to that. |
| 24 weeks 3 days ago | Well by that logic |
Well by that logic... yes. Teo came back to Notre Dame because he said that he wanted to experience being a senior and a leader on HIS Notre Dame team. I do not mean to take away what Woodson did for us, but a Senior Leader leading his team trumps a FREAK ATHLETE who is a junior. All a matter of preference. |
