Why do you guys care? The kids deserve nice cars. More so than most of you. If I wrote the rules, your M football scholarship would come with the lease of your choice for $500/month. Why not? The institutions need to consider complying with reality. How many of you (from out of state) would have attended M if the athletics were sub par? Not me. Not most of you either. Ten of our individual, annual tuition payments could have covered purple M3's and jet ski's for the entire team. But would you all feel inferior or that the free tuition "should" be enough? Go should on someone else. Or get reborn so talented and hard working that I want to pay to watch you perform.
