I have a rental house close to the stadium and I've thought about doing AirBnb vs. a longer term lease. So far I've only done longer term leases but the short term potential is a good fall back option to have. I've talked to a few friends that have rental homes in the area and some of the problems with the short term rentals include the cost to clean the property after each rental, the quick turnaround time (if someone is leaving in the morning and someone else is renting the place that afternoon) and having to furnish the property.
Ohio State wins the football playoff and the big ten puts two teams in the Final Four and suddenly Delany turns into a big dick player. I like the look.
Replace Burleson with [insert detroit athlete here] and your first three sentences seem to be Ira's typical script. He does a nice job running the programming at WTKA but I don't think he is a quality radio personality.

I read Outliers a long time ago and I don't remember the 10,000 hours rule being applied to say an athlete can become great a performing in a sport just based on practicing/training a lot – I thought it was used to demonstrate an expert level of understanding. For example, if I practiced and trained to play football for 10,000 hours, I’m still highly unlikely to have the ability to play professionally, but I would argue that I should be an expert in the game of football and should be able to coach it / describe it with an expert level of understanding.
I have an old locker from when they updated the locker room at yost. When i was loading it into my suv the day i bought it, Brendan Morrison walked out and climbed into my vehicle to sign the front of the locker.
Didn't the Freeh report mention an agent that Paterno banned from the program in the mid-90's for giving a player $400? I wonder if the NCAA knew of this one.
“Our whole thing is if we have 10 (violations), I’d have a problem. I mean, I really would, because people are going to make mistakes. And that means if I only have 10 out of 350 employees (and) 1,000 athletes — something’s not right.”
Dammit people, you aren't making enough mistakes! Gee and Smith, leaders by example.
I sit pretty close in the corner at Yost and I see a lot of sticks riding up and hitting facemasks that would be called penalties in the pros. How many high sticking penalties do you remember getting called in the NCAA? I think it's tough for the refs to tell because players don't react much to a quick shot to the facemask.
I'm a Barwis supporter and I think he does / did a great job with a lot of the guys, but that doesn't mean his methods are the best for everyone. The person who trained Hemingway obviously knew how to best prep him for the combine.
Someone made that comment in his review of the stadium and it was voted the most helpful. I think that's why it shows up; it has nothing to do with a google programmer.

What is the record for the most Jacks and Jakes on a hockey team?
Exactly. No way this was made out of detached and disinterested generosity.

Dave Brandon wants to be Jim Hackett when he grows up.
I don't think the salad was for the players.
Looks a little like Ditka in that picture.
It clearly says 10 memorable plays, not 10 highlights.

Nice body slam but NO COOKIES FOR YOU!
Yeah, it was a flash problem. Thanks!
I see ND used their standard response...

I don't know the dude but I do enjoy his site. I also like it when he posts here because Brandon Graham is a very handsome man.
Too Seth; didn't read

In general, it might be possible. But this weekend, the team plays in Sault Ste. Marie.
So, OP, did you order the risk taker or the game changer?
Insert "Super Mario Kart" for FOOTBALL and I would have tweeted the same thing in college.

Reminds me of another picture I just saw:

That roided up adidas model is keeping busy this summer.

I was wondering if he told them all to think of brunette guys when kicking.

I've mentioned it before on this site, but how fun would it be if the band played the theme song during official reviews?
How fortuitous is it that "a Michigan State assistant coach was on the scene and took care of Gholston."
It's the pleats!
I was really hoping it was going to have a sign that read "your add"
I'm still waiting for Mark "Mr. Advice" Hollis to chime in via twitter.
They should just increase the seat premiums - at least those are tax deductible.
I think you have enough fabric there to make your own Jake Long Dolphins' jersey!
Yeah, but that's because Martin was chasing him.

Is that a Red Wings hat? Maybe this guy isn't so bad after all.
Agreed. If Michigan was bad at hockey, Yost would be regarded as a dump. If NW was as good as Duke, that arena would be insane.
