The nutty Michigan coverage isn't so much about Harbaugh as it is a signal to the Big Ten that Fox wants to party.

You don't go public like that...ever. Better to learn that lesson now rather later when it's an employer.

When my son was young in his baseball career he was working at home on being a switch hitter. He went to practice and asked his coach if he could try it in a game. He was told, "Son, when you become a star on your natural side we'll worry about that"
I'd rather see Peppers master his primary position first. The first half last night showed he has some work to do.

He's always run like someone who would get knocked over at a pillow fight. My memory isn't great but I never recall a "wow run" from him where he knocked over or made someone miss then used this mystical speed he possesses.

Just about every time it went to commercial and random other times during the game the feed I was watching would freeze. I broke out my tablet and the app was freezing on there as well. Didn't see either TD. When it worked the picture was great.
About the team, Rudock seems like a good backup Qb but since we don't have a true starter on the roster he is Da Man. Team seems solid enough to win but the biggest hole was at Qb. I think Gardner would have been a star playing for Harbaugh.

I understand that SEC coaches believe it snows in August/Sept in B1G but wouldn't one standout wearing a scarlet ski mask now?

Too many dead links. I found Vdub25 to be better and the author seems to update it about once a month or sooner. MK Sports is good too.
It's not that SportsDevil is bad, there are just better options imho. Without a doubt KODI is the way to go.

I was a member of a few other sites and the general policy was no live links. I think that would be a proper attitude on this board as well. A live link is traceable back to the site with the link and would almost be an endorsement. By making someone actually type the web address it removes mgoblog from the referrer role, I think. At least that is how it was explained to me.

Find the Vdub25 addon. Most of the channels are crystal clear.
edit: I'm not familiar with Genisys. I use 1Channel but I think they do the same thing.

The daughter of family friends recently fell and is now paralyzed from the waist down. She's in her mid/late 20's and as you can imagine the parents are quite upset. It happened the same day as the other child's graduation party, but in another state.
I shared the Mealer story with them last week as well as some links to Barwis' site/foundation. He's doing a lot of this sort of work now.
I firmly believe that paralysis wont be a permanent condition in the not so distant future.

I would have no problem with B1G flipping the bird to ESPN/ABC/SEC and join the PAC12 on Fox. I already watch a PAC12 game late so starting with a B1G kickoff on Saturday would be just fine with me.

Little League still uses juiced bats. It drives me crazy to watch because most of those kids have some real issues with swing mechanics that are being covered up with juiced bats. In high school they go to BBCOR bats which are very-very close to wood bats as far as 'pop'. The best BBCOR bat is not even nearly as good as the old BESR bats.
My son moved to HS ball when they switched to BBCOR an the difference was amazing. Upper classmen on his team that hit 10+ hr for the year before struggled. I think the highest was 4.
On a sidenote, I'm really happy to see the attendance so high. My kids' school has a concession stand in right field that funds the athletic program. Even though my son graduated my daughter still goes there. It's also a nice alumni event as many come from all over to work the stand.

Allows me to focus on the last remnants of honeydo before football season begins and my Saturdays are spent on the couch. If it prevents me hearing how good they practiced at the Monday presser it's even better.

It got people talking about that asswad and now we're again discussing him. Fox will have a small segment watch just to see part 2.

He has a bodyshop and has done a few magazine restorations. The Judge came up for sale when it's original owner died. The very same car he lusted over as a kid. 40k miles and completely unmolested. He's fretting because the original laquer paint is starting to crack.
Right now he's doing a 70(71?) Torino SCJ. One of (insert ridiculous low number). There are no repop parts so he's actually cut up 2 other cars just to get what he needs.

I have a long way to go before I'm ready
My wife saw that last weekend and said, "I can't ever see that being a car again". I work on cars as a hobby. This is going to be a pro-touring firebird.

Watching Derrick Thomas pummel him as so many times he was ready to flop at the snap. Legend is that for sack #6 in the game Thomas said he was going to sack him for a safety...and did. Almost like calling a hole-in-one.
Back when I cared about NFL I was a Chiefs fan.

|4 weeks 3 days ago||Love to ride||
It's one of the few things that helps keep me sane. I ride to work every chance I get and I am able to smile the whole way there and back. My bike is a bit older. '98 Superhawk, Honda's answer to the Ducati. I consider all those who ride litre twin sportbikes my brother. It's completely different than riding an inline 4.
I'm also blessed to have some of the best mountian roads on the east coast to ride. Obviously The Dragon and a few others are better but they aren't within 1/2 hour of my home. There are riders that come from as far away as Canada to ride here on the weekends.
Every once in a while I talk about getting my "old man bike" since my knees and back get pretty sore if we put in a 200mi+ day but I don't think I'd be happy riding a sofa.

I do not want Saturday to become just another professional league. I like the conferences and that for the most part* there is a long history and tradition that make each conference very unique. Leave the AFC/NFC conferences to Sunday where the only real tradition is millionaires playing for billionaires.
Now get off my lawn!
*until administrators figured out how to "monetize" young men playing the game that they love while sharing very little of that money with those young men.
|5 weeks 6 days ago||Your kids will appreciate it someday||
My son and I had one of those great father-son talks in the garage this afternoon. We were talking about his friends and how some of them are already making poor decisions. He just graduated high school in June.
He said, for the most part, the ones that are making those poor decisions are the ones who have always had everything handed to them. If Graham wanted something he would either hit the trust fund or get it from one of his rich relatives. Same with another couple of them.
He said, "You and mom gave me things but I always had to work for them. I understand hard work now but they have never had to work hard for anything. If they did work hard it's because it was something they wanted to do not something they didn't want to do but had to."
He is beginning to understand we weren't just mean parents and I think your kids are going to appreciate everything as well.
