Concerned about my posts being hidden or missing out here because of this, my general point was that when the voting comes back it should be made apparent that you shouldn't down vote something just because you don't agree with the viewpoint. The point system should be used more so to hide the useless trash.
|19 hours 40 min ago||However,||
The one thing to be careful about with neg's is that it can definitely lead to group thinking. I've seen plenty of valid counter arguments (respectful disagreements) that get completely hidden because the majority doesn't agree. The arguments are what make for great debates. Brian and Space Cowboy's back and forth views were great (although I still disagree with Brian completely calling him out, but hey - it's his site).
Neg's should only be used for personal attacks, useless replies, or harmful information posted.

Placing the players numbers next to their names on the chart would REALLY help out users like myself who are not as familiar. Love the UFRs though.
|2 weeks 2 days ago||You've captured my thoughts perfectly.||
I could not have stated this better myself.

Wife come beat you up. She's in really good shape!
|2 weeks 2 days ago||Without a doubt...||
To me at least, that is the ideal offense. Not gimmicky but diverse as hell.
|2 weeks 6 days ago||Stream?||
Anyone have a stream that would work on mobile?
|3 weeks 1 day ago||Obviously my response isn't going to add much...||
but it's not a whole fucking new thread. That's the point. This whole thread you started was dumb - "Well I was right about my theory with kids talking to me, but I didn't listen to my theory this time around. I'll do better next time guys."
And you still haven't given your thoughts as to why he went quiet and chose Bama, which would have been a 100% better topic to discuss.
Edit: I'd like to say that I appreciate what BB does. And he has been right in the past (most of the time). This downward sipral of MGoBlog is sickening though and threads like this don't add anything. Look how many "appreciation" threads there are. Hell, there is an "appreciation of the Appreciation Appreciation thread) there.
|3 weeks 1 day ago||?||
So what's the point of this post? To say you were wrong but you'll not let your heart get in the way the next time? That's what I'm not getting? It adds nothing to the board.
|3 weeks 1 day ago||Seriously...||
So BB created a post of "I knew it all along guys"? Awesome. Internet pat on the back. He could have least given us his honest opinion on why he went quiet.
|3 weeks 2 days ago||Yes||
This would be very helpful.
|3 weeks 2 days ago||Personally,||
I took it as Brian feeling threatened. This whole post could have perfectly supported his views about putting players in positions to not suceed without naming SC.
|3 weeks 4 days ago||I admire your dedication.||
Typing all of that on a DROID - impressive my man.
|3 weeks 4 days ago||Does this seem||
Creepy as hell to anyone else? - "my family and I will see you when the team comes to So Cal."
|3 weeks 4 days ago||If you really are a mom...||
I feel so sad for your child's teachers.
|4 weeks 2 days ago||This board...||
has reached an all time low in the 7 years I've been following it. It really is just sad at this point.
|4 weeks 3 days ago||Denard was just listed as #2 RB on Jags||
Thought it was worth sharing. I wonder if it will mean anything.
|4 weeks 3 days ago||Something that would be really interesting...||
Would be if you could do follow up interviews with players once they have commited. Assuming that players are ok (i.e. you ask permission) I'd love to hear about why they specifically chose Michigan over other schools, or the opposite. I get the normal "good academics" and I get that sometimes it's something that can really be described, but... I'm sure sometimes it can be one thing.
For example: "After talking with Michigan Offeree X, I feel that he chose School X because it was too important for the players family to watch him play every Saturday in person".
"Player X said flat out that he thought Coach X at the other school spent more time with his players and prepares them better for the NFL".
Afterthoughts are something that I think people on this board would really enjoy.
|7 weeks 3 days ago||Dumb Question||
But wouldn't Lewan be a super right tackle in this formation?
|7 weeks 4 days ago||This is our OL tenacity at the moment|

Then I would agree with you. Frats and sororities place MUCH more emphasis on social interaction and ones personality than they do GPA. There were plenty of very smart and rich kids who rushed my frat at UofM and were rejected because they were entitled, socially awkward, or strange.
These are individuals you will be living with and who you expect to become your best friends, not people who you are hiring to run a business.

|15 weeks 2 days ago||I'm amazed...||
I continue to be amazed at the quality of kids this coaching staff has managed to bring in. Mone is going to be a great ambassador of our school.
|15 weeks 2 days ago||Could someone with enough points, please start a new thread?||
Recently came across this great article on Mone and the type of character he has. I can't wait to see what he can do on the field. Truly will be a Michigan Man.
|15 weeks 3 days ago||Well played man...||
This made my afternoon. Luckily for us, I have to agree!
|16 weeks 2 days ago||Correct||
I didn't see this before my other post but I have heard the same thing. It sounds like he is Clemson's version of Frank Clark and expected to have serious playing time this year.
|16 weeks 2 days ago||Incorrect on Jones||
Jone's is currently playing for Clemson and is expected to make a significant impact this year. Clemson message boards have been raving about him all summer similiar to what we've been hearing on Frank Clark.

This card is great. The $50 is what you would pay for a Costco membership anyways (a must in my family). Last year I did quite a bit of traveling for work on the card and got $600 cash back. CASH! You just go to Costco and at the cashier you exchange your end of the year coupon for cash. Between Amex Costco and Amex Blue Perfered (6% cash back on groceries and 3% gas) you have likely over 50% of your yearly purchases at at least 2% cash back or higher between these cards (6% groceries, 3% gas, 2% resturants, 2% travel). I've done extensive research on this in case you can't tell :)
Never had a single issue with Amex either. The one time I went over my spending limit and realized it, they called me to let me know, and then RAISED my spending limit on the spot!
Edit: A nice little trick too - grocery stores have gift cards for everything. So if you know you are going to spend a certain amount somewhere, buy a giftcard at the grocery store. 6% cash back on EVERYTHING this way!
