That was a great block, hands down great play, but the game only got this close due to other terrible calls.

Glad the replay showed another missed foul...
|2 days 18 hours ago||Terrible refs||
Haven't seen refs this bad since the championship game.

Too much oversight could be bad though.
|4 weeks 4 days ago||Artificial Turf||
I am convinced that artificial turf plays a large roll in the increase of ACL tears we see. I haven't done the reaserch to back it up, but I that has been my first hand experience.
I've played soccer at a high level for most of my life. I've played just about everyday from elementary school through college without an issue. I've now torn my ACL twice on turf within the last 3 years. Out of roughly a total of 15 soccer games played on turf in my life... I've torn my ACL twice.

If he is pushed out instead of resigning then it comes with a fat check. Not a very smart question my man.
|11 weeks 1 day ago||This run by Green should alone remove him from #1 RB||
I really hope that Ty will not be performing like this next year...

Someone become an OP and make this it's own post please. Losts of stuff to discuss.

Almost as good as the all time best save...

I have a copy of the Michigan Daily when this picture was the cover. It is curretly framed and hanging in my main room. Get compliments all the time :)

Steve Elmer is a guy I really wish UofM would have been able to keep in the state of Michigan.

Unfortunately it is times like these where I wish I hadn't gone internet only from Comcast. Anyone have a link to an unofficial stream? I don't have an account to use ESPNgo. Thank and GO BLUE!

As it takes an awful lot of dedication and hard work to get back to that kind of strength in 8 months - but running a half marathon is a lot different than playing a contact sport with constant cutting. The sheer force exerted on the ACL playing football with 250+ lb guys flying around is 1000% greater than running long distance. It's the sheer force that you really have to worry about with ACL.
Not sure how it was for you, but for me the box jump landings and balancing movements on the leg were much harder mentally and physically then the running.
|39 weeks 6 hours ago||This.||
So much this. The mental aspect of ACL recovery is with out a doubt the hardest part. You body naturally learns to stop performing functions that will strongly effect the ACL and you won't even realize it. You will jump and land differently, run with a altered stride, and cut at a different angle. It is very, VERY hard to return back to normal from the mental aspect. I tore my ACL 2 years ago and still catch myself sometimes.

Horford and Morgan really need to learn to just let the other guy take a bad shot and NOT FOUL throughout the game!

I'm curious as to why it has taken so long to offer?!
|46 weeks 1 day ago||Just make sure to tailor expectations a bit...||
Can a new OC invigorate an offense, hell yes. Look at Auburn this year. Does Nuss showing up on campus automatically add 30 lbs to each of our (very, VERY young OL), hell no. It will take time to turn into a grinding offense, but it certainly seems to be going in the right direction.
|46 weeks 1 day ago||Agreed...||
I believe I read somewhere on mgoblog before that his High School coach and Borges were very close. I hope that bad blood doesn't trickle down to Harris (if there is any). We can only speculate until we hear something.
|46 weeks 1 day ago||I have been critical as well.||
This is great content. Reminds me of the old days. +1 sir!
|46 weeks 2 days ago||Serious Question||
Do we expect this to affect any of our commited recruits? (but YAY!!!)
|47 weeks 6 days ago||:(||
Me too buddy. The only redemption is that I didn't quite grasp how monumental a loss it was at the time.

Concerned about my posts being hidden or missing out here because of this, my general point was that when the voting comes back it should be made apparent that you shouldn't down vote something just because you don't agree with the viewpoint. The point system should be used more so to hide the useless trash.
|51 weeks 2 hours ago||However,||
The one thing to be careful about with neg's is that it can definitely lead to group thinking. I've seen plenty of valid counter arguments (respectful disagreements) that get completely hidden because the majority doesn't agree. The arguments are what make for great debates. Brian and Space Cowboy's back and forth views were great (although I still disagree with Brian completely calling him out, but hey - it's his site).
Neg's should only be used for personal attacks, useless replies, or harmful information posted.

Placing the players numbers next to their names on the chart would REALLY help out users like myself who are not as familiar. Love the UFRs though.

I could not have stated this better myself.

To me at least, that is the ideal offense. Not gimmicky but diverse as hell.
